This massage gun is AMAZING!!! It gets into the muscle DEEP! I have a lot if back problems and this is a must have! You have to apply a TON of pressure for the gun to stop working. You can push almost as hard as you want and it keeps messaging! I have si joint dysfunction.. sciatica... I also had lumbar surgery. Something that can get into my glutes is exactly what I need! This gun is powerful and does a very good job! I'm so happy with it!

My massager arrived today, it's been on the charger since it came out of the box. After 2 and 1/2 hours my battery has 4%. Upon a closer look look, I discovered that the massage gun is an 18-volt system and the shipper sent me a 12-volt charger. For those of you who do not speak geek geek that means that the charger does not put out enough current to charge the battery. To charge the battery you must put out more current than the battery will hold. After a little research I discovered that the proper charger for this massage gun puts out 27 volts at 1 amp. I have ordered the correct charger to try and rectify this problem. If that fails then I will send it back and get a refund. Word to the wise, be sure of what you're getting, check the voltages make sure they are right before you keep the product. Hopefully the lesson I learned will help someone else.

We bought this product in March and first used it yesterday. It does not hold a charge does not work at all. Buyer beware.

I bought the massage gun for $50, and everything was okay when it arrived. However, during the first charging cycle, it just didn't charge at all. I have already sent it back. Is there any chance that I can get a replacement for $50, since the current price is $80? Please let me know. Thank you.

The battery lost charge within 2-3 cycles. This is not as what the product claimed. It was good for first 2 weeks but battery seems to loose efficacy really fast. Perhaps it is bad battery. Now it is very clear that I have to charge it every 3 days else it will just stop working. Out of return period too!
