Really loving these
I am really loving these. I replaced some old water barbells that had disintegrated. The replacements were a lot more dense so are harder for me to use. I decided to give these a try, mainly because you don’t have to clutch them. They are simple to use with an open hand. And BONUS…they take up so little room in my bag, packing for water aerobics just got way easier! Plenty of resistance, too.
