High quality
I’ve purchased several packs of these for my back porch project. Very easy to install and adjust the cable as necessary. Excellent quality. Great value. Strong recommendation

Great product but the washers are too small
These are easy to install and look great. The only problem I found was the washers are too small, so they sink into the wood under the wire’s tension. (Obviously depends on the wood - I am using treated pine.). So I replaced them with some 3/4 diameter washers and all good.

Very strong material!
I was trying to figure out how to attach a cable that allowed me to tighten it for a structure to prevent the cats at the rescue from climbing up above the room and learned about these railing fasteners. I didn't want to create a loop in the end as I needed the wire cable to be tightened so this was very easy to install and cut the excess off. All it took was buying the crimper for $50. The quality of these pieces is excellent. I first took a Dremel and wore down the cutoff discs quickly. It works okay with a bi-metal handsaw but that wore the teeth down rather quickly. So next time, I'll be using my angle grinder. If it was some cheap soft metal, I know it can be cut with a handsaw quickly, but it was great to know this product is made of quality stainless. I crimped in two spots to be sure the 1/8" steel cable wire did not come loose while tightening. So far, so good!

Looks great but weird install
This project looks great but when you go to tighten the design caps it loosens the wire. They should of made the caps reversed thread.

Attractive and a good value
These are very easy to use with a hydraulic swaging tool. They go through a 4X4 post and the result is a good looking cable railing system.
