My older kittens are absolutely obsessed with this tree. Trust the instructions and it's easy to assemble, appears sturdy enough. I'm a little surprised how good the fit and finish is for this price point. I'm pleased and my cats are very pleased

I cannot believe the price for this cat tree.. Such a great bargain!! It is the best tree house ever for my cat.. its also very firm❤️❤️My cat loves it instantly . It was also very easy to out together

I would have given this 5 stars, but one part of the tower came together slightly off because a piece was assembled backwards. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, and I was still able to make it work, but it did limit where I could place it in my space. The pictures shows the opening that is supposed to be on the inner side.That being said, my cats absolutely love it. The cats use it constantly, especially the sitting perches. It’s sturdy, easy enough to assemble overall, and provides great multi-level activity for them.Even with the small issue, it’s been a great addition for my cats.

UPDATED REVIEW: After a time, I saw that the top section of the cat tree was defective. The top broke off after the cat was no longer little. It was not sturdy enough to support the cat. I approached the company to get them to replace the defective products, but they said it had passed the 90 days, so they would not send me replacement parts (for the defective parts) so I could fix it, and they would not refund me or send me a replacement or anything. It was very frustrating. They had me keep sending them more and more information to assist them, and after I did all the footwork, they sent a canned response stating that it was beyond what they were willing to do. The company definitely didnt act in good faith, and that was extremely frustrating. BUYER BEWARD!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO HAVE IT BREAK DOWN WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR OR LESS. Looking at the reviews now it seems the MANY ARE HAVING SIMILAR ISSUES! I would NEVER do business with this company again.I was looking for a cat tree and kitten condo that was high enough so our Prince Caspian could watch the birds eating through the window.Dark Gray was a nice color and fit perfectly where we wanted to place it.The dimensions are 19.3” L x 19.3”W x 54” H.The ad states that it’s recommended for large breeds, but I would say Medium to large breeds would be alright, but our 3 month kitten seems to fit perfectly, and I believe he can grow up enjoying it.One thing I believe would make it better would be to attach the ramp to the bottom level. It’s attached under the 2nd level, but the bottom isn’t attached. You could do this yourself and I believe it would add to stability. Take a look at my pictures and video clip.I highly recommend this for most cats…and hope they enjoy it as much as my kitten.😊When I first received the order it came quicker than expected, and as I usually do, I checked the inventory. There were a few pieces missing as well as the hardware set.They were very quick replacing the cat tree, and I shipped the other back via UPS. It was very simple and quick. The replacement came fairly quick, and after checking I saw it was problem free.It took me about 20 minutes to completely build the cat tree, and that was with Prince Caspian supervising and my 12 year old niece assisting. It may be quicker if you do it alone.Would I buy again from this seller, definitely, and if I needed another cat tree I would get this again.

I had this for quite some time and there are definitely some pros and cons for those that are interested or thinking of buying this product.Pros:The cats definitely love this as they spent most of their time on it whether it’s sleeping, playing it using it to look outside. This cat in particular likes it so much that it is basically her second home regardless of the condition.Cons:As you see in the title, the product is not structurally sound as it quickly became loose over time. When it was first put together, everything was sturdy but overtime when cats started using it more. Their weights started to loosen the staples, holding the pieces together to the point where it eventually fell apart. Fortunately, I had some nails and the hammer to put everything back together and the issue is no longer there. You can also see in one of the photos that it collapse onto the window, but luckily it held just enough to not break it.I would not recommend this product if you have large house cats but if you do plan on getting it, then I would recommend putting in some nails to ensure it will not fall apart when your cat is using it. I will definitely give this product a higher rating when they start applying thicker staples to prevent this issue from happening to someone else.

Much larger than I expected and so easy to put together! My cat loves it!

Putting this together was a bit of a puzzle (but I like a challenge), especially since one of the poles (part 40) was missing the little threaded metal piece that lets it screw into the bolt. I managed to shove it on there with sheer willpower and some serious elbow grease. It’s a tiny bit wobbly at that spot, but hey—it’s standing!The real win here? I messaged the seller about the defective part, and they replied almost instantly—like superhero-level fast. They're sending out a replacement part, which is a huge relief because I really didn’t want to tear the whole thing apart and box it up again.There was a bit of a chemical smell when I first opened it, but it faded pretty quickly. My cat has only used it a handful of times so far, but I don’t blame the tree—it’s more of a “me convincing her to stop scratching the stairs” situation. Catnip is about to enter the chat.All in all, it’s sturdy, looks great, didn’t break the bank, and customer service was top-notch. Fingers crossed the cat chooses this over my carpeted stairs!

Decent, for the price. Held up well over the past two years. But my kitten outgrew it, and now I need to purchase something different now she is a full grown lady-cat. I would not purchase this specific one againThe good: this was cheap, way cheaper than other towers. I purchased this tower when my cat was just a small kitten. Initially, This tower worked out good. It was easy to assemble -light enough for me to move in and outside to the Catio.The bad: it is a little wobbly, it has wall mounts, that should be used. I was never really happy with the landing areas, and boxes, as they are not positioned in a staggered, gradual stair-type of way. Instead they are stacked directly on top of one another, making it hard for the cat to climb up and down, it’s worse now that she is full grown. She ends up jumping down, which could be dangerous. I usually place the cat-tower close to the living room couch so she isn’t jumping all the way down to the hard floor, repeatedly.The hiding boxes are too small for her now, so she doesn’t use them or the scratch posts much anymore either…..just the top perches.

Not meant for big cats and definately understand why it was so much cheaper than our other cat scratch/houses. The cloth areas are a thin fur-like material that doesn't seem super durable but time will tell. Our 3 month old kitten and smaller female cat (8 lbs) can use it but it is not suitable for our 18 lb tomcat. Definately recommend attaching it to the wall for support so that it doesn't tip over when they jump off as it is quite wobbly from the supports only having a 3" diameter. It was easy to put together, arrived super fast and looks just like the picture. Budget friendly and great for small spaces and small cats.

My review as buyer of this product would be its 3.0 out of 5 stars. I say that because although the product is nice, easy to make and some what decent quality. There are some downfalls like when I opened it and got everything out I noticed that one of the balls weren't attached to the string, staples show on the cat scratching post and the screws show as well. Would’ve been nice if they send something on top to cover the exposing screws. (All shown in the pictures) Also it could be sturdier. Thanks

I wouldn’t recommend this for a cat over 10 lbs. I bought this for my boy, who weighs 19 lbs. He’s a big tabby, and is in need of a new cat tree. From the pictures, this looked like it would be big and sturdy enough for him.While the tree is well made, and was easy enough to put together, the seats are all smaller than I had hoped, and he couldn’t really fit in the houses. Also, the posts are thinner than I thought they would be, so they jiggle, which made my boy nervous. I’m going to give this to my daughter, as she has two 7 lb girls, who I think will LOVE this cat tree! Being much smaller than my big boy, I think they’ll get a lot more use out of it. It’s a nice looking cat tree! It’s just not suitable for a larger cat.

wotks great ............it lossens up in time with the cat jumping on it ......eventually it has to be replaced as it gets too loose takes about a year

Not very stable it shakes when the cats are on it. It’s not as big as it looks in the image. I was disappointed but we will keep it as a spare.
