Exactly as pictured! Perfect addition to a sweater, shirt, dress, etc! Personally hate wearing full button up shirts underneath things because it’s so bulky, a collar like this is perfect to dress something up so easily and still have form to an outfit! Honestly was worried about the “one size” as I am plus sized. It is a little snug but not terribly uncomfortable and could be a easterly modified to be more comfortable. Under clothes it is unnoticeable and the design is very high quality. Very happy I purchased this!

It is an item that should fit most. The neck is too tight through the shoulders for a plus size person.
