Inexpensive as an experiment
My husband has been in a lot of pain recently making it difficult to work at his desk. I looked at possible solutions and this one was basic and inexpensive. I fastened it to my desk and gave it a try and it was definitely an improvement for using a mouse. So he took it and fastened it to his desk and it has helped him a lot. I might have to get another one for my desk. (FYI, I have no rating for whether it's good for gaming as I'm not a gamer. We do accounting and bookkeeping so I suspect it's a whole different ergonomic need.)

price is right, but not comfortable "enough" for me
This didn't work for me, mainly because there is no height adjustment, and the armrests are too low to relieve my shoulder aches.I think the price is right, and if your demands aren't too high, this might would work well for the price.PROS: price, width adjustment (can place armrest however wide/narrow you'd like), angle adjustment (pivots inward/outwardCONS: no height adjustment, could use deeper clamps (so that they're not so close to the edge of the desk, which causes a little sagging on the outward part of the armrest)

Does the job!
Before this my arm would hurt from sitting at my computer all day. Easy to install and sturdy.

It's ok
It does what it's supposed to. I'm able to rest my arm on it while using my mouse while I work. It takes some of the strain off of my wrist.
