FIIL Diva Pro Wireless Noise Canceling Panoramic Intelligent Headphones

This Fiil Diva Pro is one of the better wireless headphone sets I have used. From the moment I opened the beautifully designed packaging, I was impressed with the included hard sided zippered case with attached carabiner clip, in which the headphones were securely held. The ear pads of the headphones adjust in and out of the headband portion in a smooth motion with a perfect amount of friction that prevents slippage while wearing them, but which still allows for an easy glide for on-the-head adjustments. For compact storage in the hard case, the ear pads hinge inwards to touch the top of the headband, also in a smooth yet sturdy mechanical motion. From the incredibly soft leather-like material covering memory-foam padding on the ear cuffs and underside of the headband, to the interesting polymer/ textured hard frame of the band and cuffs, these headphones smugly sport their high quality build. They feel light and snug on, and this enhances the "My AudioFiilter" (MAF) noise cancelling features in this headset which can be turned on and off, and work very well- I can't hear my kids talking right next to me when listening to tunes. This Diva Pro even has a setting that cancels windy environment sounds.This set comes with a micro USB cord that acts as a charger and also allows you to download up to 4 GB of various format audio files (see my pic w chart on the supported formats) into the headset's internal memory's preset Cache file. This is called "Local Mode." It also comes w an audio cable (thick and durable feeling) that has an inline controller that works w both iOS and android, in case you don't want to use the Bluetooth Mode, that can connect w up to two devices simultaneously.There are a some very cool features with this headset as well, which I found unique: limited Voice Control and touch/swipe control on the broadside of the right ear pad. If you are in Local Mode- I downloaded some songs onto the internal memory- you can say, "hello Fiil" and she (female voice) says hello back w 3 very short tones. You can then ask for a downloaded song by name, which it will play. I've used this feature, and it worked about 8 out of 10 times - the other 2 times, i just had to repeat the sequence of "hello Fiil," wait for her hello back & 3 tones, and then say, "play....[song]". You can say, "hello Fiil" in the middle of a song, as well, and she responds. This control is nifty, but limited, since you can only really ask for one song at a time, and no other types of voice requests are supported. Still, if you want to hear a specific song in your 4GB of songs, it's nice to have this feature. You can also use the button controls of course, featuring shuffle and some limited playlist/ favorites management. In order to use the voice control and to manage your audiofiles, you need to download the Fiil App, which is useful anyways, because you can also use their equalizer and some preset "3D Sound" effects like "Living Room," "Theater," or "Hall." The second unique feature on this headset is that the outer part of the right ear pad is actually a touch controller, and a swipe up or down on your right ear adjusts volume, and a swipe left or right moves you forward or back one song. This is a very convenient, since it uses gross motor movements vs. having to fumble around to find the exact right (small) buttons and click click click.I've been listening to my AmazonMusic Apps Top Prime Songs via Bluetooth while writing this review, w MAF noise cancelling and swiping to adjust volume and songs, using the Theater 3D effect. Pretty awesome. Most importantly, the sound quality of these phones is excellent. The experience is immersive w powerful dynamics for a smaller headset, esp. at the bass range, which I can feel in my chest. The resolution at the mid-ranges allows for richness and articulation of vocals, where I can even hear the breaths between words and lovely sighs. The treble is decent, if not spectacular, but marries the rest with a good balance at the higher octaves. So maybe these would not be the pinnacle for your top operatic soprano arias, but really, "that'll do Pig, that'll do."I recommend these headphones highly.

**Update**So they finally got in touch with me. Apparently now they have an office here in the US and they got in touch with me. The president of the Fiil US branch felt really bad and sent me a brand now pair. He personally made sure it worked properly before sending it out.Like I mentioned before in my previous review, these sound great and are awesome headphones. Hopefully now with a US branch, their customer service improves and actually does it's job.**Original Review**These headphones sound nice and have great features, AS LONG AS THEY'RE WORKING PROPERLY.I got a pair of these from Fiil's kickstarter campaign and as soon as I received them, the swipe function for next and previous track did not work. I contacted Fiil and they kept giving me the run around. I initially contacted them through their Facebook page they kept giving me different email address to get in contact to them about exchanging my faulty headphones or receiving a refund.After trying for MONTHS, I've given up. I checked their Facebook page a few times and I'm not the only person not able to get a refund or exchange for faulty headphones. They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't buy any of their products. They clearly do no stand behind their product. Funny thing is, during their kickstarter campaign they reached a goal that supposedly would give backers a year warranty that allowed an exchange even from accidental damage, HA! Me and many others, can't even get an exchange for faulty headphones from the manufacturer. I'm seriously surprised they are still in business.

These headphones worked well enough, though the adjustable size caused them to shift on your head while walking. After one year of use, the bluetooth simply stopped being recognized by any of my devices. The headphones still work with the wire, but are now effectively useless for the purpose I purchased them for. Would not recommend.

Un bonheur auditif :-)Une balance grave/aigus superbement dosée, sans avoir un boom boom dans la tête (mais cela reste réglable si c'est votre choix)L'application téléchargeable fonctionne très bien avec mon vieux Samsung S4 aussi bien qu'avec ma tablette plus récente sous Androïd 7.0Le bluetooth pour recevoir des appels fonctionne très bien et les personnes m'entendent parfaitement, de même que pour écouter sa musique préférée, avec en plus la mémoire interne qui évitera la surconsommation de la batterie, ni de se trouver à proximité de l'ipod, ou d'une tablette.La portée est très bonne et l'autonomie correspond je pense à celle annoncée (car je l'utilise en filaire et bluetooth au cours de la journée).En mode filaire pour les vidéos et les jeux du fait d'une petite latence du bluetooth (ce petit soucis existe même sur de grandes marques)...J'apprécie beaucoup les modes de réduction de bruit, et le fait d'écouter de la musique sans gêner les personnes autour de moi.Un plus appréciable, poser le casque mettra la musique ou la vidéo en pause, remettez le ça se remettra en marche, et les effets 3D sont appréciables :-)Les boutons sont ergonomiques, et les réglages volume et pistes sur l'écouteur même très pratiques. J'aime bien que toutes ces fonctions soient centralisées sur l'écouteur droit du fait d'un handicap moteur.Je porte un appareil auditif sur un côté pas de sifflement ou d'interférence à signaler, le port de lunettes non plus.Le port de ce casque est confortable et ne me fait pas mal aux oreilles, ce qui n'était pas le cas de mon précédent d'une autre marque.Une amélioration ou une mise à jour future du bluetooth, voire une possibilité de pouvoir corriger la petite latence par le biais du programme Fiil et là se serait le casque Ultra Top ;-)Le coffret de rangement zippé et moulé est fort pratique pour le rangement, et le mousqueton bien pensé.Il a tout des grandes marques à un prix abordable. Je vous le recommande sans hésitation.

Must start by saying these are awful the sound quality is terrible. Lots of crackling noises and can't handle any bass you would think for the price they could handle quite alot but no. My old headphones were only around £60 but didn't sound as bad as these.. very disappointed going to have to see which others to buy once i get a refund

casque simple et épuré même si une meilleure qualité de plastique aurait été la bienvenue.c'est nombreuses fonctionnalités en font un casque très pratique, mais par rapport au prix, la qualité de son n'est pas exceptionnelle et je trouve la réduction de bruit peu efficace.Personnellement je préfère garder mes petits écouteurs à 30€

J'ai acheté ce casque il y a quelques jours pour une utilisation plutôt classique et je dois dire que je ne suis pas déçu ! Tout d'abord le design de ce casque est plutôt simple et sobre comme je les aime ! La qualité sonore est vraiment très bonne et digne d'un casque haut de gamme. Le confort est au rendez-vous malgré le fait que ce casque appuie sur les oreilles au bout de 3-4 heures d'utilisation non stop. Il a une autonomie permettant de passer largement la journée et un câble jack si on manque de batterie. La réduction de bruit active est vraiment bonne et la possibilité de choisir le degrés de réduction est un bon point. Ce casque marche même sans smartphone grâce aux 4Go qu'il emporte. Ce casque est vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix ! Profitez-en !

Son de bonne qualité mais produit très mal fini et très fragile. Trop cher pour un produit qui ne dure pas.
