This coconut milk is absolutely amazing It taste good in any food

It was great in the past but now they are adding too much maltodextrin in the formula and it’s not longer creamy. You can barely taste it’s coconut. Too sad, I’ll be trying another brand.

I have used this product and have bought it again and again. I like that it comes in a powder, so I don't have to keep it in the fridge. it mixes well with my smoothies, never clumps. Great taste and great value for the money.

It’s really good, but it’s a little bit pricey. You also have to double the amount of scoops that are recommended to get a better taste.

Tastes great, mixes well with an immersion blender, but it takes a LOT to get any real coconut milk flavor. I made a medium sized pot of Thai curry, and it took almost half the container to take the place of I would say two or three cans of coconut milk.. So not a great deal.

This is my first coconut powder I have tried so I can't compare to others but I love this stuff. I use it when I make curry and can just add a couple scoops and don't have to worry with cans of milk. It's super convenient for me. It dissolves easily when I stir with water and doesn't have weird texture or anything. Also, this is a huge container, it's lasted me longer that I thought it would as I use coconut milk somewhat frequently. When this one is empty, I will re buy.

Does not dissolve or even mix decently into liquid. This is after blending on high for about a minute. It tastes absolutely horrible and there is barely any potassium in it. Probably because most of the product is made of maltodexterin and not coconut milk. I've tried other products from this brand with success, but they need to just stop making this product altogether. Absolute waste of time and money.

I often wish to add coconut milk to a curry or a satay or a Thai soup or a smoothie but it's so hard to keep liquid coconut milk fresh and available so you waste a lot after opening a can and then you don't have it when you need it. This product makes coconut milk that tastes just like fresh. The powder make take some encouraging to fully dissolve. I keep it on a kitchen shelf where I can reach it for the many times I want a few tablespoons or half a cup or a cup of coconut milk. It's always there, never goes bad, and ends up costing far less. I'd rather run out of olive oil than this. It's become a staple - I even pack some in a jar when I travel so I can add it to recipes when I'm on the road. Highly recommended!
