A fantastic little mitre saw. Perfect to cut the brass U edging for my stained glass. Carried out the job with ease and will, I am sure, be a great tool in future projects.

This is ideal for modelling. Doesn't need to be screwed down to the bench, but has a sturdy metal base if you wanted that. Did a quick test on the floor and it cut through a 12cm stainless steel rod nicely. It's not super quick and that size is on the limit of its half inch capability but it's a nice clean cut and didn't get hot or heat up the bar. The cutting wheel is held on with a plastic Allen screw and washer so I'll be swapping those out for something metal. Otherwise it's just as advertised. A pocket sized chop / mitre cutter.

It is quite small which is what I wanted but going forward I think it will be limited in its scope but it cuts small pieces of wood very well.

I Was looking for something to cut, my arrow shafts , came across some reviews for this product, now it may look like a toy saw on the outside, but appearance it not every thing. After opening the box and setting it up it all so comes with extra blades , an after doing a test run on a old arrow I found it to cut with ease. So i set up the arrows that needed cut to size it cut them nicely and even, there are meny expensive models out there , if money is an issue, and your looking for a product that does what is says .then this little gem is it , ideal for cutting arrows, small hobbies light framing , etc etc etc no good if your a tradersman or woman value money 4 stars ,easy to use 5stars, appearance 4stars but don't let that put you off ,

It started slipping (the motor would turn but the blade would not spin when out under pressure to cut. I'm not sure if there is a clutch in it. If so, maybe it broke) after a few hours of use. I did have the option to return it, but the hassle of taking time off work, driving miles to a post office, packing it up and posting it back was too much. So, I just put it in the bin.

Was too small for the wood I needed to cut all in all it’s a good tool

The saw works fine and has cut the acrylic tubing very well which I'm using it for. It comes with a two pin plug and it's very sensitive being plugged in as you have to try switching the two pin plug around in the UK converter before it works. Otherwise it's dead with no power. But worst still is on several occasions after I've removed the two pin plug from the UK converter and accidentally touched the two pin plug I've received an electric shock. So... I'm guessing cheap Chinese components and lacking in build quality and safety testing. Five stars for performance but one star for safety.

It's a small chop saw. Takes the work out of mitreing beading etc. For hobby crafts it's ideal. The cut was just too small for what I needed.It's supplied with some cutting disks.Could be a little more rugged . Plastic body with metal base.It would be useful in a hobbyists work shop.
