Quality excellent. I use for home physical therapy (PT). Went from red (same brand through Amazon) to blue, skipped green. Red was perfect for starting out. It's what the therapists had me using. The blue is challenging, but "doable" now. If you are using for PT I recommend progressing to next harder color when ready. Don't skip. If for strength training. blue should satisfy the exercise needs of persons of average strength starting. I almost got black...would have been a mistake. I'm male, 5'10" and 140 lbs.

My 12 yo Son use this item to stretch before swim practice and swim meets. Very useful. Would recommend

It would be nice to see the diameter and thickness; I thought this would be more challenging, and I do not consider myself strong...working to that end. Regifting it to other friends I can help out...

I mistakenly used the color as a resistance gauge. I had a green (light) and a blue (heavy) set of tubes provided by my physical therapist. I used the blue primarily until it broke. So I bought the blue here ("Heavy"). It is blue, but not nearly as heavy as the lighter blue I had originally, so I had to double the product to develop adequate resistance. The spool did come in one continuous section, however.It would be nice to have some quantitative metrics upon which to make a decision (like centimeters per kilogram), but as it seems these days most people I meet are innumerate, it might just confuse people, sadly.

I was replacing TheraBand tubing that finally broke after several years of daily use. This tubing was an exact replacement . High quality at a good price.

I purchased this product to use in the classroom (grade 5). I tie pieces of the rubber tubing around the bottom of student's chairs to help with their constantly bouncing legs. Almost every student in my class requested one on their chair. Best of all, they are very QUIET. The tubing is much better than the bands and the extra heavy is necessary for their constant movement. I highly recommend using this in any classroom.

I was looking for a higher strength band I got the impression that the band was stronger it claimed to be extra stronger if I had not cut a peace of I would have sent it back.

For my application (wrestling/boxing), I needed a long one piece of rubber tube. This one came in 2 pieces on a bit different length. But the overall length was greater than 25 feet. I trimmed the longer piece to make them equal and folded each of them once, to create an adequate pulling strength (I'm an 85kg guy). So far (about 2 month of regular use) it holds great and I'm quite satisfied.

I haven't tested it yet but it looks like it was already used and returned. It's been cut about 2/3 of the way through the coil and spliced with tape.There was no mention of this in the item description that it could be a pre-used item.
