Best non automatic self cleaning litter box that I've owned.
I love this pan so much that I just bought a second one so I can fill a clean pan when I do my monthly wash and bleach the dirty one and let it dry. (My cat doesn't understand why his pan is not available for a few hours while it dries) ;) I have previously owned both the rolling self cleaning litter box (4 of them!) and the one with sifter screens and neither perform as well as this one. The sifter box actually took longer than manually scooping the litter. The rolling box sort of worked but requires a lot of floor space and, because it's enclosed, it does not allow odors to dissipate. I had to use unscented litter or my cat would not use it because the smell of the scented litter became very strong in the enclosed box. I still needed to disassemble the box almost every time because either the internal screen would become clogged and not sift because urine clumps would stick or it would would pop out of position. The Le you pet litter box work! It's open air design allows silica gel litter to dry out like it's supposed to, does not concentrate the scent of scented litter, It takes up minimal floor space, and the easily accessible pop out screen can be easily removed and cleaned if it clogs (which is a rare occurrence compared to the rolling pan) without having to disassemble the enter litter box. It is a bit on the small side but my 16 lb. male cat uses it without any problem. However, I do wish they would come out with a larger model for bigger cats. I for use a lightweight clumping litter, which I have found works best for me, but I've also used silica gel (both clumping and non clumping) successfully. It takes less then 2 minutes to do a daily cleaning on the pan and if there are 1 or 2 clumps that need to be manually scooped because they are stuck to the pan (because my cat tends to urinate in the same corner of the pan) I usually just loosen then with the scoop and tilt the pan again. One trick that I learned from the reviews on here is to spray the pan with cooking spray before filling it to help keep litter from sticking. There sometimes is a bit of litter leaking out the back when the pan is tipped for cleaning but I have the pan on a litter mat so it is easy to contain and clean about once a week. The rolling pans also leaked litter but it would be all along the floor as the pan was rolled and required sweeping every time the pan was cleaned. No litter pan is perfect and I've shared my life with cats for over 50 years now so I've tried many types of pans. The Le you pet self cleaning pan is at the top of my list. I highly recommend it. Assembly is easy and takes less than 5 minutes and the price is reasonable when compared to the other non automatic self cleaning pans that are available.

Gamer Changer and Reasonable
This litter box was a game changer and relief! It was very easy to setup, all the pieces were there and had easy instructions! I love that I no longer have to scoop the box every other day which was my goal and that my fur baby had no problem accepting it to use after having a covered box since forever. It actually has very little odor because it goes into the drawer and it’s contained making clean up a breeze. The value was much better than the one I paid double the amount for before purchasing this one and it’s better built for the price and efficiency. The only downside side is my 6 lb kitty kicks the litter out the box after she’s done luckily she’s not much larger because the weight of the litter and cat wouldn’t be deep enough, the litter sometimes sticks to the bin and I have to tap or scrap it out into the drawer and lastly when emptying the litter box as you see it gets in the drawer compartment so when removing it drags it out onto the floor. So I place chucks underneath to catch the litter fall out and vacuum more often. But NO more Scooping 👍🏾

The best litter box ever
I love this litter box it not near as expensive as the electronic ones but just as simple and so easy to use and deep enough I don’t have litter scattered everywhere and believe me she has tried …. Best litter box ever made in my opinion

Breaks easily/not for large cats
We purchased this in the hopes it would allow for easier daily cleaning by our children. That it does, however it is assembled by plastic tabbing and parts, and it comes apart just as easily as it goes together. After a couple months of use some of the tabs holding the base together have become flimsy and it has almost dumped out a few times from the base that holds the main tub coming loose. Also our cats are larger male cats who fling the litter and have once or twice pooed over the side. It is easier to clean if you do not allow buildup, but not cleaner itself than any other litter box, you'll still have litter all over the outside unless you have a very small or neat cat. It is a decent design which could potentially be made better by harder/sturdier parts especially in the stand/base and making the tub portion where the cat will be wider and hooded.

Need to clean several times a day
This litter box is very impractical and does not work well. You cannot use much litter in the box, if you put too much it pours into the collection bin. You can recover the excess litter but it's a huge pain. You need to clean the litter box several times a day because it doesn't hold much litter. You also have to make sure the contents of the collection bin are below the rim or scrapes off everything that's over the rim. Then you have to manually clean out the area the collection bin sits in. If I was out of the house for a regular work shift I had to manually scoop the litter because there was too much waste for the collection bin. If the contents of the collection bin are above the rim you have to remove the top of the litter box and manually rearrange the contents so you can remove the bin. The 4th time I had to remove the cover one of the clips broke and the cover didn't seal after that. If the cover doesn't seal, the litter pours through the gap when you rotate the litter box making a mess. It didn't last 3 days before I was back to the previous sifting litter box which always works. That goodness trash day hadn't come yet! For the price you can get several sifter type litter boxes which require less time, effort and clean up. There are no advantages to this litter box. Manually scooping is better than this thing.

Works Great!
I'm an 80 yr old granma and I'm particular about things. I needed something to get Bandit's litter box clean that would be easier than the old scoop method. I love this product. My son put it together for me. I took another reviewers advice and put non-stick cooking oil and baking soda under the litter (Fresh Step Ultra Clump) and it works like a charm. Yes a little litter spills out the back but so what? Sweep it up! So much cheaper than the electric ones.

Good concept not best quality
This product is good in theory and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately it’s not the most sturdy material, the clips that hold the back piece on pop off easily , resulting in litter falling out the back onto the floor. The capacity is also rather small , so while it is pretty easy to use it needs to be done frequently. If you have multiple cats using it you have to dump it multiple times a day and if your cats pee a lot the large clumps can be difficult to get out.

So far amazing!
Very easy to set up and use. It moves smoothly. I have three cats and this is their preferred litter box. Which makes it very convenient for easy cleaning. I try to clean as soon as they use the litter. I much prefer to lift the box and have everything clear out than to crouch down and go scooping and sifting through litter. There is no litter fall out besides when they jump out which is normal for clay litter. Also it is very easy to take apart and clean all the components of the box. And it is sturdy for even when my heavier cats jump in. It doesn’t make any noise when your cleaning no squeaking or grating it is very smooth. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for automatic litter box alternative!

Works Great!
These are like open concept OMEGA boxes but because they are open I can use my litter scooper to get the pieces that always stick to the bottom of the pan. Yes the other comments are true, the pull out drawer sticks a bit, the grate doesn't catch everything, but overall it's fast and effective to use. These are EXCELLENT litter boxes for cats, if it is too high it will still work off the cradle, just a bit harder to tilt when refilling. I have 10 indoor cats and wanted a Litter Robot III but instead decided to purchase multiple auto and semi auto boxes to try for the price of one LR3. I tried the OMEGA sifty and rolls but they worked okay but if I forgot to clean them each day the waste was too much for the system to handle properly, also because they are enclosed I couldn't easily get at anything stuck to the pan. I also have 2 PetZone smart scoops(1 worked, 1 keeps breaking down, motor was replaced but it still didn't last long, not recommended, in use for over 2 years now), 1 LitterMaid from Walmart (works very well, as described, in use for almost a year), 2 Natures Wonder from pet store (same design as LitterMaid only I got bigger model, got two of these because the waste receptacle pulls out instead of lifts out like the LitterMaid, would recommend but the price is high, so littermaid is perfect cheaper alternative). For the price these litter pans could change your life, or that of the cat lover you know for the better. I got two for Christmas and will be getting more in the future I am sure. This review is from the user not the purchaser. The purchaser was happy with the price and delivery, FYI.

Almost perfect, but would still recommend to buy
Absolutely love this purchase, only 2 things to keep in mind: 1- I agree with people mentioning the litter leaking out the back when you tilt it. I have a carpet underneath though so it's not a big deal at all. 2. Some chunks still gets stuck at the bottom so sometimes I have to use the scoop to scrape it off. Altogether, it still saves me so much time and efforts, I would still recommend it to anyone I know.
