Supportive. Good height.
The filling is very supportive but not too hard. Doesn't trap heat either. It's a good height. I'm new to meditation and was using a bed pillow on bare floor. I'm amazed at the difference this cushion has made in my ability to focus without discomfort.

Hope it's as durable as the one I purchased five years ago
Purchased this back in 2018, used it almost daily to meditate or sit on the floor while watching tv.Very comfortable - couldn't imagine myself without one.Five years later - it finally was flattening to the point I couldn't repair it. So it's been regulated to my cat's nap spot.Hoping this new one lasts just as long!

This cushion is very well made and quite comfortable. The raised cushion is comfortable, yet somehow stable enough to support good posture. Would highly recommend to those not looking to spend a fortune on a meditation cushion. Amitabha!

Love it. Sturdy and firm but comfortable. Use it to sit while playing sitar. Use it to sit and do yoga stretches.Pretty and foldable for different purposes.Great for meditation.

Great buy for beginners and serious practitioners
I've been meditating for over 15 years, and this is the most comfortable cushion I've used yet. The kapok filling doesn't conduct heat, and provides just the right amount of both support under your hips and cushion under your ankles to keep pressure points from developing.

False dimensions
Was so excited to try this but it does not look AT ALL like in the pics or the reviews. I received a much, much shorter one that isn’t the length it advertised. Will def be returning this

Not bad ...just dirty
These foldable meditation cushions are comfortable and durable and have a vibrant color but they were dirty inside the plastic bag and one of them had black threads sticking out.
