I have heavy insulated stainless steel water bottles I use every day. This bottle would not be something I would use like that, but it was great on a recent long distance trip. Easy to fill, easy to clip on my backpack, light, small and easy to transport empty. I noticed a slight odor on receipt, and boiled it and left it soak in the hot water for a few hours, and I did not taste or smell anything off in the water I drank from it, and I usually only drink Evian if I drink bottled water. In other words, I am picky about my water taste--it should have no taste. It's a little flopsy to drink out of, being soft-sided, but all in all, it's a nice travel bottle.

A few of the pictures show a flip top. I order the 4 bundle and they all came with the screw off top which is easy to drop. Not sure why there are pictures are showing the flip top are provided as part of their product description since they only come with the screw off top. Bit disappointed.

Got this for traveling by air, but I auditioned it thoroughly right away and it passed muster. I think the lids are sturdy enough, attached well enough with no leaking, and the strap should hold -- plus they include an extra. I followed instructions to clean the bottle before use and my water tastes great. Can't wait to get this past TSA and fill up at a free fountain.

I hate caring, heavy and clunky water bottles. I actually purchased this to take on vacation to Mexico because of the status of her drinking water and also because I wanted some thing that would not take up a lot of space or away a lot in her luggage. I was absolutely shocked at the quality of this bottle when I received it in the mail I tested it out and can’t be happier. we are probably going to order a bunch of these for when we go to the gym, hiking, and just everything else. Order one and you won’t regret it.

Bought this for a vacation but having tried it out going camping twice. There isn't an easy way to attach a carabiner to it or attach it to your belt. There is a right and wrong way to hold it when you are picking it up or drinking from it, you will learn that quickly or get wet. Last camp out I thought I had the top screwed on correctly, nope and I got the front of myself wet with I picked it up. Good parts, holds a good amount of water, easy to clean, it fits in cup holders for my SUV and lawn chair. Doesn't bang against your leg on a hike. I'm going to continue to use it but I'm not going to buy one for each member in my family.

Keep in mind that it will hold shape when full, but as you drink from it, it will lose it’s form.

The bottle came with a note to boil it to get the smell out. Well, it did not smell so I just washed it. Perfect and compact for the airport. However, I should have boiled it; the taste of the water after a couple hours was horrible. I filled it with boiling hot water, let it sit for awhile, and that fixed it. The only problem I have is because it is collapsible it is not rigid. You definitely need two hands to hold it to drink. It did not seem to sweat from the ice. The strap could have been a little better. But otherwise great product. I will be using it on future trips.

I purchased this for traveling out the country. Baby when I tell you everyone was jealous of my water bottle because it folds down so nicely. I was sharing the link with everyone who saw it. One thing I would change is how sturdy it is when holding it. I would still strongly suggest purchasing it because you can use it for anything and any place. It does not keep your liquid cold/hot for that long but how small it compacts to is worth it.

I have never reviewed a product on Amazon ever, but this one was so bad I had to. Second time I try to close the bottle cap, and it BROKE RIGHT AWAY. Making my purchase useless. I can't ask for a refund now, but buyers beware - please stay away from this product

The product came just as described. The water has an odd taste but the bottle comes with instructions to get rid of it. It took like ten tries but it is all good now. You just have to take the time to fix that.

Water tasted really bad initially. I even did the boiling water method to clean it as per instructions. The bad taste went away shortly though. The bottle is not very sturdy to hold so it takes some getting used to. I don't know if a collapsible bottle was necessary on my trip since I had it filled most of the time so never had it collapsed. I wish it had a better string handle to carry it. It did not leak on me

I cleaned it as per directions, no residue odor.Easy to fold and unfoldIt even comes with an extra rubber band.One thing though, once full, be careful when opening it in a plane, you might splash someone, open slowly without too much pressure on the bottle.
