Wrenches: 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8" and 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16mm.

Do the drawers lock into place, or do they just open easily. Want to make sure they wont slide open when driving.

The draws lock in. They only open if you hit the tab. You can also pull them all the way out and switch the order their in if you want.
