Men and ADHD
I found the book to be on the basic side. If you have not dealt with ADHD previously, the book would be quite helpful. It lays out many of the issues we encounter daily. Also geared to a working adult.

One of those book mill self help books
This book seems to definitely be one of the "self-publish" amazon book mill scams, where some one hires a ghost writer to churn out books for cheap. Author has no training or clinical experience, just a self help guru. Book has wikipedia level information on ADHD. My copy had plenty of typos and errors, half of a sentence repeated etc. Learn from my mistake, if the author is not a medical professional or someone with years of experience writing on medical issues, move on to another book.

Really misleading & dangerous
Bought this book as a gift for my partner who was recently diagnosed with adult adhd. He really struggles with imposter syndrome and feeling like he is a failure when he certainly isn't. I thought this would help him gain a little confidence and the title made it sound that way. We both read te introduction and not only does it demonize adhd and make it seem like a problem that you need to fix and solve - it actually bears a lot of incorrect information. For example, it states that most studies of adhd are on women which is why men get looked over in diagnosis... This is 100% incorrect. Most studies are on boys/men which is why women get overlooked. It is just troublesome and most of the book is based around how to be a good employee and not about personal growth. Just feels gross to read and was a big let down. I do not suggest it for anyone. The author is not a professional and clearly doesn't know what they're talking about. Buy a book written by a professional/doctor.
