is this sketchbook good quality

Yes, this sketchbook is perfect quality for color pencils and graphite pencils. I have two sketchbook from Strathmore toned and they are amazing and they last very long. I recommend it

If I use alcohol based markers (copic,ad chartpak) will it bleed? How good is it for blending?

Copics blend well on this paper but will definitely bleed noticably onto the back of the page. But unless you go super intense, the page after the one you're working on should be fine!
