I have not used item yet but they don't look like single wear

Last week they sold for $3.96. 6 days later there $4.99. Anybody reorder and notice an increase?

Contact the seller and ask for it to be cancelled. Then see if you're being charged for them. If so, cancel the card so they can't charge it and they'll stop eventually they if don't get paid.
