Ceramic is naturally a non-stick cooking surface, so a very little amount of oil or butter will go a long way. We suggest coating the entire interior with a light dab using a paper towel or cloth to keep things silky smooth when cooking.

Is Caraway’s ceramic bakeware oven compatible?

Yes, our bakeware is oven compatible up to 550 degrees fahrenheit.
