Ant-Proof Barrier (Beige)

Bought one of these years ago (1995-ish) and love it. We now have 3. Works very well and keeps ants away from the cat food and water. Just add a little soapy water to the reservoir, set the lid on top and you’re done. Water will last weeks depending on the temperature.

This thing really works to keep ants out of cat food. It doesn't use pesticides either, which is a big bonus. It also raises the food off the ground which is supposed to be better for cats in general. Really happy with this purchase. The only thing I would like is the option to buy a slightly bigger one, and some type of mechanism to attach a feeder to it so that a strong and persistent cat won't knock it over. Currently, I'm thinking of a way to do this with magnets and such, but I don't know if it will work or not. For most cats, this thing is perfect though, which is why I gave it 5 stars.

I have had this almost a year now. I have had ZERO ants in my cats food. ZERO. This is absolutely worth the money and low maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I first purchased an Antser tray over a year ago. It works so well - with only checking water level every few months - that we've had ZERO ant attacks on anything stored on the tray! Just add water and a drop of dish soap to the base - NO POISONS! It works so well that I just bought another one for a second feeding station. Because of its simple design it can be immersed to clean and is easy to take on trips. Couldn't be easier! One tip: make sure the tray doesn't touch a wall or provide another path for the ants to bypass the water-filled base.

This works for me. I have a catio that runs to the back porch. I’ve been feeding my cats on the back enclosed porch and have been worried about ants (I live in Florida) this works really well. I have to keep the crunchy cat food outside because one of my cats is a diet controlled diabetic and I have to keep him away from that kind of food. The size I bought is purr-fect and I would recommend this to anyone that is worried about crawling insects getting into your pets food.

Fast Simple Honest Review: I search online and found that there are only about 4 different ant proof competitors but decided to give ANTSER Ant-Proof a try. I use it for about 1 week. What I can say is that it does what it is design to do and that is to keep your pet's food from "ants only." I purchased ANTSER because of the dimension and weight support to place my PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder with Camera on top (see photos). Originally the ants enter the feeder from the front opening but with this tray, problem is solved. The biggest drawback of the ANSTER tray is the price! I paid $55.70 with tax/shipping; it is ultra expensive for a PVC plastic tray. If this was in retailer store, it would be price for $19.99. This product would receive 5 stars but due to the illogical pricing plus shipping. ANTSER received 4 stars. Last note, the plastic will eventually crack if you decided to leave it outdoor under the sun and random weather.

When soap is added to the water, ants don't get into the cat food.

After years of cluttering up the floor with flooded cookie sheets and various pieces of crockery, I bought one of these and-presto!-it was indeed the answer. Liked it so much bought another one. Great product.
