TUSA BA-0301 Roller Mesh Bag

Perfect bag for a scuba day trip. Size is just right, and quality is high. Being able to roll the bag is such a lifesaver, but it being able to be carried when needed without much fuss is also key. Well worth the price and a solid value.

I regularly go out for boat dives and was getting tired of hauling my gear in a mesh tote slung over my shoulder, so I ordered the TUSA Roller Mesh Bag. It has been perfect for me - it fits under the dive station seat compactly and there is plenty of room for all my dive gear. For diving in California, I need a full 7mm wet suit, hood, booties, gloves, etc. as part of my dive gear and it all fits great! I've used it on four-day trips, and it has held up well and cleans easily. Some reviewers have complained that the bag drags, with the handle is too low so it hits the user's leg. I found that if you just route the single bag strap that it comes with under the handle, it creates a little strap "extension" that is enough clearance. No complaints and so glad I purchased!

This bag is awesome. Large enough for all my dive gear and easy to pull with wheels. The mesh bag lets my gear drain water before loading in car.

Very spacious and rugged design. Fits my entire scuba diving kit. There is also a small zippered pocket along the top that keeps small accessories and valuables dry. The bag is well-constructed and fits into my check-in luggage for dive vacations. Because of its sturdiness, it tends to run on the heavier side (~5 lbs alone). The only criticism is the lack of telescopic handle. Without a telescopic handle, the bag remains too close to your body, and your leg will keep bumping into the bag -- a complete efficiency and ergonomic nightmare. Another consequence is that the handle is too low for anyone to roll the bag over long distances. This bag is meant to be used to transport items from the car to the dock ONLY. I did not last more than two blocks rolling this bag with my entire kit inside. If the bag had a telescopic handle, it'd be the perfect dive bag. TL;DR: get it to use as a boat bag, for short distances only.

Great bag for swim coaching and being by the pool. Didn’t see anything on or in the bag that should make it cost anything near the price I paid for it though. Maybe durability? We will find out and hope.

A couple of my friends have this bag and highly recommended it to me. So I ordered it! It arrived in good condition. I am ready to load it and use it!

I really wanted to love this wheeled mesh bag, however I must return it. I hoped it would roll up enough to put in my checked luggage so I could transport my dive gear back and forth from hotel to dive boat, but the hard plastic wheel base is huge and bulky. If this bag wete to be re- designed to minimize the base and weight it would be great. Too bad.

I don’t have anything to compare this bag to, as I am new to diving. However, I find that it’s light weight, and seems incredibly durable thus far. I love the separate dry pocket on top and the small one inside. It holds all my gear (fins, booties, mask, BCD, Wetsuit and regulator) with room to spare and it’s easy to maneuver, carry and roll. My boyfriend has been a long time diver and picked this bag for me. He has said a million times how much nicer my bag is than his. I have nothing bad to say.
