Using this watch for over 8 months now. Here is the long term review.1. Design & looks: 3.5/5It has a good design & looks good, but there is scope for improvement. The watch is more rectangular and not square. A perfect square design always looks more premium (like fitbit or apple). Overall it doesn't look like a Rs. 17k watch.Strap quality is cheap, but u get lot of better ones online & easily replaceable.Also the watch could be made a bit thicker & bigger battery could have been added then. Watch speaker esp during calls is average.2. Ui & features: 4.2/5Has a lot of features and has app support too (limited apps available in its store). It's zepp app & OS r polished & mature. Ui is responsive & no lags.Some missing features:- double tap to wake- no ECG/Temp or BP monitoring- Spo2 monitoring is every 5mins or manual mode only. Should have control to change the monitoring to say 10 or 30mins like for HR monitoring. This will help save battery life.- BT call connectivity is having lag. When u get call on phone, it take 2-3 secs to get ring on watch. That's frustrating!!!- no option to change the ringtone or notification tone.Battery: 4.3/5Goos battery life, but can be improved. It gives easily 4days with all features On except AOD. If u turn off continuous Spo2 it gives more than 5days/6days.Full charging takes ~75mins from less than 5%.Accuracy & data: 4.3/5Overall accuracy is good. Some minor error margin is there. Tested for walking, HR, Spo2. Don't know about other sports mode though.Overall a good watch.

I bought the product 2 days before I have used all the features in the watch. It is working very fine and Bluetooth calling is works in Iphone so don’t get confused with some comments in previous. Overall very good product. I am very happy of performance of the watch.

Watch having very limited features, which are also available in a 1000 rs. Watch.Customer Care is not responding and disconnecting the calls.Suggesting to not to buy this expensive watch, you may proceed with watch max. 2000 where you will get much more features in compare to this.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 4 smartwatch as a gift and found it fascinating. The only serious problem was that battery lasted for hardly a day. I heard about health parameters accuracy of Amazefit and decided to buy Amazefit GTS 4 which has a square dial. I found the watch after several days of usage very good. It has one tap health parameters checking and found it to be more or less accurate verifying with oximeter. Bluetooth Calling is excellent and you can also store some music in the watch itself. Alexa is working fine for me but not the Camera remote which the authority should check and update. The Zepp App is very detailed and indeed helpful. Though you cannot download any Google App like Samsung Galaxy 4 but the sheer battery back up and other features have made this my wearable

I liked the design and lightweight nature. Less premium look but it does things which it suppose to do. I didn't like the watch strap as it is tight and it let's the watch button to get pressed accidentally while keeping my hand vertical
