Love these things! I might cut off all of my regular sewn on pants and shorts buttons and replace them with these. Always been a fan of Cathay and their pants and shorts, but these are great. Really easy to put on. Really nice!

First off I was shorted one button part. The metal the studs are made of is too soft and they break easy on installation.

These buttons are technically for adding suspenders to existing pants. But also, this is just a 10 pack of high quality rivet buttons you can do whatever you want with.Perfect for adjusting the wasteband size of an existing pear of Carhartt pants, or to replace a sewn on button on any other pair of lower quality pants. Great price for buttons that won't fall off when the thread gives out in a couple years.

They Work
The buttons themselves are fine, reasonably easy to install and work well with suspenders.I do wonder what the “3X” in the item title is for? I received one pack of eight buttons of a standard jeans button size. Is there something I’m missing that the “3X” stands for?
