The only thing I don’t like is that it came with no instructions of how to set the lock. I didn’t realize there was a short video that you could watch before buying it but, even the video isn’t very helpful because the instructions are quick, and not real clear; you have to watch it repeatedly to see how its done. So, if you’ve already been trying to figure it out yourself with no instructions included, and didn’t realize there was a short video, then you could be stuck trying to set it, and if you set it, then you could be stuck trying to open it. Which is where I am. I’ve opened it only once but, I’m struggling to open it again. If you need to reset it and start over, the video does not help with that, thats why there should have been instructions.

It came with no instructions on how to set the combination lock. Other than that, it's perfect.
