I’ve only been using this a very short time. It is difficult to describe the difference. They are slight right now, but I notice a difference. Small right now but I think it will grow.

First off I’ve finished an entire bottle of this product not purchased on Amazon. Those gummies were fantastic (helped with sleep, relaxation, etc.)hence why I went looking for more.These gummies however were 50$+ down the drain, crusty, bad taste and texture just beyond disgusting

My son has raved about how this supplement has strengthen his entire body from energy to muscle growth.

I ordered the ashwaganda gummies which I have bought in stores before. These gummies are grainy and beginning to harden, seeming crusty. I’ve never had Goli products like this, they are usually chewy and soft. I shook the second bottle, which I haven’t opened, and the gummies sound hard when shaking the bottle which makes me think they are the same as the bottle I have opened. I cannot find an expiration date on either bottle to see if they are possibly expired.

I used these for anxiety and they have helped. Since I’ve taken them regularly I have not had an anxiety episode.

I enjoy my order

I've ordered this product a handful of times and the quality of the product varies wildly from purchase to purchase. Sometimes they taste great and everything is fine, sometimes they taste strange and all stick together. My last purchase I got the 240 pieces in two bottles and it was a mistake. They seem... old? They have hard crunchy bits that I've never noticed before and seem to be kind of peeling or falling apart. I'll go with a different brand for this supplement going forward.
