I never want to break or scratch another expensive iPhone again. That's why I opted for this heavy-duty "Defender" case. It layers up like an Otterbox and guards my iPhone like a chastity belt.Even though removing the outmost belt-clip portion (which I'll probably never use) adds a slight amount of risk to the equation, the remaining case isn’t really bulky at all and still offers formidable protection. It leaves the buttons exposed but has a larger bumper to protect the screen. In that configuration, it allows for the phone to still fit into either of my dash holders and doesn’t add so much weight that it becomes unstable or loses grip.Finally, I like the kickstand more than I thought I would -- it's good for watching movies. The front-facing speaker on the latest iPhones makes this more relevant. Overall, this case offers even more protection than I bargained for, and even in its sleekest trim, it's still true to its name: a Defender. Nice.

These are sold as the Platinum brand of case at Best Buy, but these are less than half of the price. While there are flaws with the construction that causes the belt clip to fail after some time, I cannot find a belt clip/phone case combo that I like better from a functional standpoint. Until now, I have been biting the bullet and buying a new one of these every 8-12 months at Best Buy. I can now get two from Amazon and still be somewhat less than the prices of one at Best Buy. I am sure this case and the Best Buy case are manufactured by the same company, as the case and clip are completely interchangeable.

nice iPhone 8 case. My phone fits this case facing in or out. It goes into the case easily yet has not yet fallen out and I'm pretty active with it clipped to my belt at work. You can also use the wireless charger with the case on this phone

I have tried so many iPhones 7 plus cases, but I failed to liked them, now this one I liked; hopefully I don’t have to change case few weeks from now✅

Junk! It broke 3 days after purchase, I threw it right in the trash!
