The old-school plant hooks designed to hang plants and light pendants are an eyesore in my opinion. These are much more obscure and when placed on the ceiling, you are barely aware they are there, particularly if the cord, ceiling and hook are all the same color (white in the case of my setup). They were very easy to install, and adjusting the height of the lamp once the hooks were installed was very easy to do. These are metal, so decent quality. Another set I ordered were plastic - cheap and not worth it.

Easy to install and provides a very clean minimalist look.

These are the perfect solution if you live in a rental like me. I live in a rental that have very little built in light and these hooks secure my plug-in overhead light’s cords (because I can’t set up real electrical) with a polished finished. It helps make your place look more permanent. I did drill holes in my ceiling for these but I don’t mind because I’ll patch the holes before moving out, they’re small enough. Highly recommend.

Obviously it’s a cheap little plastic part. But it gets the job done. Would recommend if you’re needing it.

I like these since no chain is required. Thei look good but do impact the cord a little. Also, since the wire does not drop from the center you need to carefully decide where to put so the light falls where you want it.

The hangers came with 2 different kinds of anchors, used both kinds. One for ceiling a the regular type for the wall which happened to be on a stud. These hangers make a hanging lamp have a very sleek and modern look. They are plastic and little bit difficult to get started on the thread properly but very minor issue.

The swag light peg hooks do function, though they are made out of cheaply molded plastic with multiple flaws on each component, adding to the cheap appearance of the product. Though the product does function and perform its purpose, I gave the product a three out of five stars because they included all of the metal screws in multiple sizes, drywall, anchors, and butterfly anchors needed to hang the swag light cord mounts. Due to the thoughtfulness of including all of the hanging accessories, and the fact that the product does function, I give the product three out of five stars, I subtract two for how cheap, the product looks and feels. Will be returning for higher quality, metal swag hooks.

Modern hanging fixtures have eliminated the chain, so hanging lights use the wrapped wire to hold up the fixture. I worried the pressure would cause the copper wire to break over time. This hanger holds the wire strait, so the copper doesn’t bend.

Used these to swag a pendant light and turned out great. However when installing, its very easy to over tighten the mount and crack the base causing it to break apart. However once tightened to a snug-but-not-too-snug level, it hold well - that's not going anywhere.

I was going to settle for some decorative hooks from 1980 but then I saw these. I was skeptical that they would work but the are great. It can be a bit fiddle when you are they ng to put the cap on but once you hit the sweet spot, all good. Clean look easy install very happy!
