Was really excited to get this product and I did really like it! It worked really well on my legs and I found that I didn’t have to press very hard in order to get it to work.I did end up returning the product, however, because I found that there were some areas on my legs where the hair was too fine for the file to remove. I didn’t see the point in keeping the product if I ended up having to go back in with a razor to shave off the spots it couldn’t get.While the file is gentle, be very careful that you don’t spend too much time in one area or make too many passes at the same area! My first time using it, I passed over the same spot one too many times and without realizing it I ended up with pretty bad razor burn later that night on my thigh.I think this would be a great product for traveling if you wanted to avoid having to pack a razor as it’s quick and easy to use and you don’t need water or anything. I used it on dry legs and found it that worked better for me than using it on moisturized skin, but I would definitely moisturize after using it.

I saw this as a cheaper option to Bleame and figured it wouldn’t hurt to try. All the advertisements you see for these make you believe you can throw your razor away, but that’s not quite the case. I couldn’t get it to do anything on my shins, and around my ankles and knees. BUT I’m still glad I got it. It does work on softer parts of your legs like the calves and thighs. I like to use it before I shave. It acts like an exfoliater and my legs have never been softer, and the razor bumps and ingrown hairs are greatly diminished. Only reason I gave it four stars is because I can’t throw away my razor like they made it seem. I’d still buy it again if I had to do it all over again :)

I never write reviews, but I ran to write this one. I just used it for the first time so I can’t speak to long term use or how long it will last, but it works! I hate shaving and this allowed me to “shave” quickly and away from a shower. This would be great to have in the car for random needs or for a teenager who wants to start shaving, but aren’t old enough for a real razor. Just keep some fragrance free lotion with it!I have sensitive skin and it is red right now, but so soft. Kind of acts as a shave and exfoliation in one (why you need the lotion after).

… But, the directions must be followed and allow more time for gentle application with the approach or it will definitely irritate sensitive skin even with light pressure.It might even irritate skin in general (mine’s just sensitive) but, patience and persistence and a light touch technique has helped me use this product.Even though it irritates my skin slightly, I will continue to use it because of the extreme exfoliation and dead skin slough off and smoothness I get as a payoff from it.It does take some time and maybe trial and error, but, my skin is in way better condition overall after using it.I also use a calming oil concoction I made out of a few carrier oils and skin grade essential oils— it seems to be the perfect combination for me.

After seeing ads for the more expensive version on Instagram, I searched Amazon for a better one with good reviews and found this item. I read all the reviews and techniques and applied as I felt for my skin type. I personally DO NOT have sensitive skin so I did not experience any sort of rash mentioned in other reviews. I used this tool lightly, as recommended, and took my time, also recommended. It took longer than shaving but the exfoliation on my skin was amazing (coming from someone who does not moisturize daily). I took a shower after and lotion my legs and arms twice after using this tool. For tougher to reach areas, such as the knee and ankle, I had to go over a couple of times going in circles. I did not apply any pressure and felt no pain. My legs and arms feel smoother than ever! Only thing that would make this a five star is if the company came out with a smaller model to use on the tougher areas - it would be the complete package.

My legs have always been incredibly sensitive and almost impossible to shave or wax without getting razor burn so I thought I’d try this. I use it right after the shower on dry skin and very gently make small circular motions. Not only does it effectively remove hair, it provides THE BEST exfoliation I’ve ever experienced. It looks like ten years of dead skin coming off, disgusting but really satisfying. I am able to use it every three days on my legs without irritation and my husband said my legs have never been smoother! I don’t use it anywhere but my legs but it’s a total game changer. 10/10 would recommend, just in time for summer!

I do like this product, but I only use it in a very specific way. When I first tried it, I tried it on longer legs hairs, maybe about a couple weeks grown out. It does remove hairs, but it's inconsistent. You have to go over the same area quite a bit. It's also difficult to get a "close shave" around my ankles, so I can still feel some stubble there, but it's fine for what it is. It's not a replacement for a razor, because in my opinion, the razor is just faster. So next time I tried it, it was a few days after removing the hairs, so there was a bit of stubble. In my opinion, this is the best tool for just getting rid of next day or two day stubble. Now my favorite way to use it is to use an electric razor first to get rid of the long hairs, and because the electric razor doesn't give a close shave, I go in with this little tool to get rid of the stubble left over! Again it still doesn't get everything so there is a little bit of stubble in certain places, but if I don't have to get in the shower or even get my legs wet, this is a great solution.

This product is so good!! You might not want to use it in the bathtub… I got a few nicks from using it in there. But before that I used a wash cloth and warm water rubbed the wash cloth on my legs and rubbed the shavor in circular motion and it make my skin so smooth!! I’ve never ever been smoother

Wasn’t expecting much but I Used it on my legs, left my legs hairless and SO soft. Tried it on my arms/hands, worked amazingly. Did bikini line, which is usually very sensitive for me when shaving/waxing. It worked very well, left me only slightly red, but temporary and no burns/bumps.I hope I can use this forever and never shave/wax again. For me it was completely painless. Buying another to keep in my purse lol

This item didn’t work very well and the on second use the glass came out of its container and shattered all over the floor.

I have used this twice now and it works. Probably would not suggest for someone with sensitive skin as it does need a fair bit of scrubbing before the hair comes off. The hair that grow back are not as sharp after shaving.Less one star as the crystal part comes off the base but you can push it back in.

It takes along time and takes a while to see the full removal
