Unconventional Use Of This Size = Perfect! The Bright Florescents Might Be A Problem.
I'm an adult and I bought these for myself just out of curiosity because I've always found the regular Breathe-Right strips to be a tad too "aggressive". My nose gets sore after 4 or 5 hours of wearing them. Also, BR doesn't make a true adult "small", they only make the "sm/med" and then "large". I have tried absolutely every kind BR makes from the Menthol to the Clear to the Regular to the Extra, and have accidentally bought Large; and I have discovered that the smaller and less aggressive the glue, the better they feel and the longer I can wear them, so I figure what the hey, why not try the Kids' version?I was somewhat surprised to discover that the Kids' size actually works just perfect. I have a regular size female nose and the tips of the Kids BR strips of course do not reach my nostril sill, they stop in the middle of the sidewalls of my nasal passages, but this does not seem to decrease the effectiveness of the strips one bit. That is, after all, the part of the nose that collapses when the quantity of air one can breathe in is diminished. I really don't see that attempting to pull the very base of the nasal passages open (where the nose transitions to face) facilitates breathing any better than just pulling open the middle of the passages, which are much more flexible and move more than the base anyway. So, that's basically what putting the kids' size on a small/medium adult nose does, BUT with the added benefit that I can wear it a full 8 hours without the tip of my nose getting cold and my nasal passage sidewalls starting to ache. So, if anybody else has this problem, try the kids' size! I had tried cutting down larger sizes in the past, and the results were not as satisfactory.I'm deducting a star from what would otherwise be a 5 star product because there is no color choice offered and the box I got has CRAZY hot pink and florescent orange in them. I'm not vain, I don't care what they look like, my complaint is that they are SO ridiculously bright that I can actually see the bright color reflecting off the tip of my nose. It's distracting and annoying. I find I can't read a book while wearing them without getting a focus headache. I know they are really made for sleeping, but still, can we get a more neutral color please?Parents, be careful about letting your kids wear these for prolonged daytime activities! A child may not be self-aware enough to realize that the bright color could be harming their vision.

Works great but be careful
This really helps my daughter sleep when her head is stuffy. It's important that the nose is washed, rinsed and completely dry before applying or the body's natural oils keep it from adhering properly. I use a baby wahcloth and that is sufficient. It's also important that you not touch the adhesive with your own hand because any spot you've touched loses adherence. If you have to touch it, touch the center because the ends are the part that do the most work to open the nasal passages. Despite that, the glue is super strong and must be removed from your child's nose with baby oil. If not, you can actually tear flesh as you remove the bandage. This is not for "quick yank" removal-- if you do so you can injure your child. Get baby oil and a cotton swab, start at one end and any spots you can find where the bandage is raised up from the nose. Slip the swab under the raised area and kind of roll it, causitng it to gently raise the bandage and remove the adhesive. Be patient and work it gently, getting more baby oil as needed. It takes an extra minute or two, but it's worth it as this product really helps sick kids get some sleep.

Good size, excellent stick, and funky colors!
I found these to be far stickier than the small/medium for sensitive skin. I had no trouble wearing them all night and then for several hours the next day. They really help open my nasal passages. I have a small nose and honestly, I'd love the shape of the kids in the size of the small/med as the current small/medium shape has two scallops out that dig into my skin.I have to say I love the funky colors, but I WAS hoping to get the star pattern that is in the picture :( If you have trouble with them sticking, skip the rubbing alcohol and try some witch hazel. Rubbing alcohol triggers your skin to produce more oil to replace what was stripped away!

Works like a charm.
These work great with my child with allergies. On bad days, congestion gets bad and she can't sleep. These work great in opening up the nasal passages allowing her to sleep better. These are hard to remove therefore having baby oil and a cotton ball or swab work great to moisten the adhesive and making it easier to remove. Also, avoid touching any part of the adhesive as the hands natural oils can cause the adhesive to stop working. Lastly, don't forget to make sure the nose is clean and dry before applying. The only issue with these is the price it's much pricier than adult strips.

Cannot be Found in Stores!
My 6 year old son has sinusitis and pretty bad seasonal allergies so night time can be a struggle with a stuffy nose. These are great for colds and allergy related nose issues. With an elevated pillow and diffuser, it helps those tough stuffy nose nights for better breathing and sleeping. Even after I mentioned it to my doctor, she thought it was a great idea.CONSA little pricey and actually have not seen any of these in stores--only online.

Expired!? Wait, What!???
I was so excited to get these nose strips at such a great price...I sent them to my Brother and his wife for their two children...To my embarassment, the coupons inside of all of the boxes had a 2009 expiration date. That makes you wonder in 2012 just how effective the product is! I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! HOW DO I EXPLAIN THIS TO MY BROTHER & SISTER IN LAW!? ARE THEY SAFE TO USE ON THEIR CHILDREN CONSIDERING 2009 WAS OVER 3 YEARS AGO!??? WOW, NOT SURE WHAT TO SAY, OR DO!? NEEDLESS TO SAY, I BELIEVE THEY HAD TO NOW GO TO A DRUGS STORE TO PURCHASE THEM AT FULL PRICE. UGH!

Not as pictured, but work for 4-year-old
These kids Breathe Rights are nearly impossible to find in the stores. However, at about $1 a strip, this is price gouging. My nephew loves these though, because of the size (he is 4) and it really does help. I would mention here that his favorites were the stars, which is what is pictured here on the images, but it is NOT what you get - you get strips that are solid colors - blue red, etc. I wanted the stars that are pictured. This is misleading, and I would advise the seller to amend the images. However, my nephew still likes the colors although they don't appear to be geared any longer for "kids".
