The instructions were a little vague. The faucet works well when properly installed and the LEDs are so cool with the lights out. I figured out to remove the four screws to the base of the faucet in order to attach the hot and cold water supply. I just turned the hoses themselves to secure the union and it gets tight enough. I did use a dab of Pro Dope joint compound instead of teflon tape. Ditto on the hot and cold water supply valves. I took this opportunity to replace my old spigot valves which were leaking even when closed with newer 1/4 turn valves. I bought the shark bite connector as well. So easy to install and now there is no longer any leaks or issues with water flow.

I was pleasantly surprised how this item was easy to install and it came with everything! - A matching sink plate and drain. Most of the faucets do not come with anything. The only draw back was this item was too modern for the bathroom it was being placed in.

Installed it myself and I am a disabled man. As for customer AnitAZ's comment regarding water sitting on the lip, I applied some Turtle wax to the tray so water no longer sits on the lip. Any car wax will do. I also waxed the drain plug stopper before installing it to protect it from mineral deposits from forming. Wax it every 3 months and this solves the problem. . As for sharp corners on the square handle, I slid my hand across the corners trying to cut my hand, but even with hard pressure I was not able to cut my hand at all, Therefore the corners of the handle are not sharp, they are simply square with several layers of primer & paint for protection. Overall I am very happy. If you know your right from your left and understand cold from hot you will be able to install it. Measure the clearance from the handle to wall before you order it.Yes I would buy again. Hope this helps others. God Bless...

It's OK. You can see the aerator screen, water flow is good but needs full force to see light and let water run for a while for it to recognize the temperature.Will not buy again

The faucet is nice to look at, but as another reviewer stated the lines that are included are WAY too short!!! We had to get creative to get this to work. I like the LED lights, they're a nice bonus. I don't like the way water goes EVERYWHERE if you turn it on all the way...I don't know if it's my water pressure or just the faucet so I won't deduct for that. Overall a good value for the money and I would probably buy it again.
