could i fit the blue shock mount and blue yeti to this?

In a word, yes. It's my setup exactly. I use the Rode swivel mount and have the Blue Yeti USB Mic mounted upside down and tilted slightly backwards in the Blue circular shock mount. All the items connect without the need for anything extra and the complete setup is perfect.

Does this fit the Razer Siren?

Yes with the adapter that comes in the box. Just becarful how much you screw it on.

is it standard threading

That rather depends on your standard... whitworth, imperial, metric, etc. If you pair it with their PSM shock mount, it'll take most microphones between 700g and 1.5kg.
