I bought to help get me on track. ADD and AHD are genetic in our family and my son's consultant had advised that he refer me for assessment, as well. I didn't proceed as I was too busy struggling to help my son and was a working single mother. I wish I had. The last few years it seemed to have become worse (ADD) and it has always been in the back of my mind that fish oils were known to help with brain function and I had seen this first hand over the years. The change has been amazing. I now have concentration, focus, and clarity of mind. I now have a short term memory! For the first time since I can't remember when, my head is "quiet". I start projects but never finish them through getting distracted, lose interest or simply become overwhelmed. It's started slowly, but jobs are getting done:) I was on a high dose of Prozac for years - I'm now off them. So pleased with the results and will continue to use them. Had to do a continuation today. I have spent four hours ironing (30 mins was my max previously) took loads of stuff down the recycling and put up the new curtains that have been sitting in their packaging for weeks! It wasn't not being done not through laziness, but feeling overwhelmed. That seems to be fading, feeling a real sense of achievement today:)

I have one son with ADHD who is 19 now and over the years, the problems have been immense and gradually continue to get worse. My ten year old has had various tests to rule out adhd, dyspraxia and now looking into add with the option of putting my on ritilin. Having seen the benefits AND the negatives about ritilin being used by one son, I have decided to try Liam on these capsules. They are fairly easy to swallow with milk so he doesn't mind taking them!! I am not going to be pushed down the same route because teachers can't cope with another childs inability to concentrate or sit still, so after reading and researching these fish oil supplements, chose to put him on these. He's been on them for 2 weeks, taking 2 a day and says he is able to think clearer. So fingers crossed.

If you are looking for a natural vitamin supplement to try for concentration. Very effective. Worth the money. No smell. Easy to use. No taste.

My mum used to take this for a long time, she didnt want to be without it. She said it helped her head but I didnt know what that really meant! Now I take it. I was getting frequent headaches due to poor sleeping habits (sleeping very very late) When I take this it doesnt matter how I sleep. I dont get the headaches. I cant promise it will work for anyone else for the same reason, Each body is different. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is I really wish it didnt have a gelatine shell.

Been using these in my son now for a few months on my son with ADHD I have noticed a slight difference in his concentration. He is only 7yrs old and manages to swallow the tablets fine and has never once said they have a funny taste like he did with other omega 3 tablets.

After taking 6 a day for a couple of months i saw a vast improvement in my concentration, others even said i seemed to be working better. Sadly i stopped taking them for a while but have gone back on them, their not hard to take and i would recommend them, i did actually see improvements. You have to take 6 a day for a good few months to build up, but then you can switch to taking two, all is described on the packaging.

these fish oils are great i have allways suffered way depression low mood anxiety and these work wonders make me feel really confident 6 a day for 12 weeks butr you can keep takeing 6 all the time i have emailed the company and they said its fine most people keep takeing 6 but most definite great product skin clears great to cause i had acne and all gone amazeing

Ohhhhhh YES! Please! This is a great Omega. It is a gel so not much of a taste and it is easy to swallow. It is also smaller in size than most Omegas that I have taken in the past. I can definitely feel a difference in taking them. I feel so much better and my focus has increased.

Great product works better then omega 3 the costco american pills this works better then anything else. Try it and you will see .. Works better. Should come to US>

Eye Q nehme ich bereits seit einigen Jahren. Dadurch hat sich der LDL-Wert sogar verringert und der HDL-Wert verbessert. Gut finde ich auch den hohen EPA-Anteil, dadurch fällt es mir etwas leichter, mich zu konzentrieren. Auf der Verpackung steht auch sehr genau, welche Fettsäuren im einzelnen in welcher Menge enthalten sind. Leider finde ich Eye q jedoch etwas zu teuer.
