A very versatile and good-looking pan!
This is a great piece of kitchen kit - perfect for a recipe that needs to be started on the hob, then transferred to the oven. However, using it on the hob DOES require a bit of common-sense. I find it's best to soak it for a few minutes before using it on a low to medium hob setting. With care, it performs brilliantly, doesn't stick, and saves transferring the contents from a classic sauté pan to an oven-proof dish half-way through cooking. Today I used mine to make my own baked beans from first principles on the hob, before making wells to add a couple of eggs and popping the dish in the oven. Home-baked beans and eggs for lunch with no faff and only a single pot to wash up. AND it looks good on the table too, so all-in-all this is a versatile pan. Highly recommended!

We just love this, it gives food a lovely flavor. I use it to bake fish in the oven and it is perfect every time. Highly recomend!

Goes mouldy after 1st use and after each use
It keeps going mouldy in the cupboard even after I've dried it out slowly in the oven. It's the strangest thing.

Handle fell off after using it twice
Filled the instructions about soaking it in water before use. Handle fell off after just using it twice, could have been a nasty accident if the hot oil had spilled over me.

Holiday memories
Such a handy little dish. We came across it on holiday at the cottage we were renting in Norfolk and my daughter fell in love with it and just how useful it was. Gave me an idea for a Christmas present for her and no need to go to Spain to get it either.

Good albeit a little smaller than the one it replaced. Ideal if cooking for two.
