Good suncream I have switched to different brand because of the cost

I love Neutrogena's range of sunblock. I really wish it was more readily available in the UK, but at least there is a lot of choice on Amazon now. I find this to be a fairly heavy lotion for the face - it's not light, but it doesn't leave my face greasy, and it feels like the right amount of protection for the high SPF. It's creamy, rather than liquidy, is what I mean to say. I usually wear a lot of high SPF products, and I'm not really sure about some of the other reviews. I haven't noticed any irritation, but I never have with any neutrogena product. I have also used this on my neck and chest. I really feel much better going out in the bright sun with all this protection. Especially after a long winter with little sun, your skin hasn't built up any defense!

As suddenly it went from winter to summer in a number of weeks in London, i needed to buy a new sunscreen as its recommended you buy new each year even if its 'in date'. The efficiency of sunscreens lower over time. I have used this for a week now and its very very good. I suffer from acne and allergic reactions to anything with too much perfume and this did not cause me any issues. I also hate sunscreens which paste on white and stay white, or ones that feel like you are putting on PVA glue to your face, again this was none of those. It did not leave a shiny finish which is also a big plus. This is also the highest factor sunscreen i have ever used or knew existed (SPF 110) I cannot say for sure if this is better in terms of SPF then SPF 50 but due to all the other positives i have already mentioned, its a ni brainer to get the higher SPF.

Application is good, great under make-up as its not too oily and soaks in quite well. Been out in the sun and no sunburn so far so does what it says on the tin. Only criticisms are the smell (reminds me of fly spray) and if you accidentally rub it into your eyes at any point during wear it really burns and makes them water.

This is the only suncream I’ve found that means I can just about go hourly between applications if I’m outside in any sort of shade or sun, that isn’t like painting on oil based white wash!! It goes on sheer, doesn’t have an overpowering scent, doesn’t irritate my skin and most importantly protects me from burning instantly. I just wish it was easier to get hold of in England and didn’t cost so much for shipping due to the distance it’s travelling, but thankfully I don’t spend that much time outside so it lasts me a while. I often use this one on body as well as face because it’s a slightly higher factor then the 100spf they do in the body one and every extra spf helps my ridiculous vampire skin :D

It was useful but not sure if i will buy again

This is by far the best facial sunscreen I’ve tried. Don’t be scared by the very white colour, I have olive skin and this didn’t leave a cast on me once it had absorbed. I suffer with melasma but this has really stopped it appearing during the summer months. Has a slight tackiness to it so works well as a makeup base and doesn’t pill either .

I looked at mixed reviews for this product but decided to try it. I bought it for a 10 day holiday in Cape Town during their summer so knew it was going to be hot and I need to be very careful in the sun as I have had skin cancer. I found this product to be excellent I put it on as advised in the morning and it protected me all day even when using the open top bus. I did not burn once or go red. I reapplied to nose and cheeks at lunchtime because I had been sweating. I only used a small amount so lots left for other holidays. I have avoided going out in the sun for years because I was worried I would burn so I am looking forward to spedning more time in the sun this summer using this product.

With so many sunscreens to choose from & having bad experiences with them in the past I took a chance on Neutrogena Age Shield Face Lotion Sunscreen. I’m 50yo & showing wrinkles on my forehead so this is my 1st sunscreen specifically for aging. What also attracted me to it was the 110 SPF as I’m in the sun a lot some days. I was concerned that it was called a “lotion” as I thought it would be heavy. I have oily skin & didn’t want it make my face oilier within a hour of applying. That wasn’t the case at all. My 1st application I put too much of it on my face so I learned a little goes a long way. It definitely did not clog my pores. I feel it could be called a moisturizer rather than a lotion because it moisturized my skin. I had the same feeling as if I was using my regular A.M. moisturizer. I saw no difference there. It does come out white & initially there is a white cast but I feel when I learned a little goes a long way & really took the time to gently massage it into my skin the white faded quickly. It is easy to spread. I don’t get a greasy feeling once it’s absorbed. I find I have to take my time applying it so it sits well while giving it time to absorb before I move onto my next facial product. I like this sunscreen with the aging benefits. I feel my face is well protected. I don’t have sensitive skin by the way, oily with no acne. My face stays in place for the day after my face primer & powder foundation. It’s why I feel it could be classified as a moisturizer period. This is a nice size with a nice price. It will last awhile. This is worth trying. I saved more by choosing the subscribe & save option which is a nice benefit amazon offers. I will purchase again. I hope my experience was helpful to you if you’re considering purchasing.

Ich bin so dankbar für dieses Produkt. Seit dem es kein Sonnenschutzmittel welches über SF50 gibt begab ich mich hier bei Amazon auf der Suche und bin fündig geworden. Vergleicht man dieses Produkt mit andere SF50 Sonnencreme hat diese im Vergleich wesentliche weniger schädliche Komponente drin. Ich leide an Sonnenallergie und diese benutze ich nur für mein Gesicht tag täglich nach der Pflege und unter Make up sobald die Sonne scheint. Ich trage es auch an eine Stelle am Hals.
