Lumbar Support Pillow - Ergonomic Memory Foam for Back Support and Pain Relief, Office Chair Cushion, Car Seat Cushion

I am a long term back pain/sciatica sufferer and poor posture definitely impacts on my condition. Although my sofa and armchair have a decent lumbar support I do tend to slump occasionally. I researched the best type of lumbar support for my issues and found several physiotherapist recommendations for this style. I am very happy with the product which I've been using for a week. It was initially harder than expected, but within a couple of hours it had moulded to my back and it feels very supportive and comfortable. It stops me from slumping and I've had very little back pain this week which is great. It is also light and portable so I will also use it in the car. The cover is good quality and is made of a nice soft but thick "velour" type material which is removable for washing. Very good follow up from the Seller who messaged me to check if I had received the item on time and they also sent me an ebook containing posture tips. This ebook is actually really good and full of very useful exercises which are well explained. Very pleased with this item and the service from the Seller.

Bought this for my mum who is suffering from Sciatica (due to COVID-19 her steroid injection has been cancelled), and unfortunately her day to day is very uncomfortable and painful for her so I have been looking up things to help out, and this is one of them! :)My mum is very positive about this product, and only gives it a 4 out of 5 stars because she wishes the product was deeper (as some sofa's are quite deep) and maybe a bit bigger, though potentially a bigger version of this product may have sufficed and that isn't a fault of this product itself.Mum's feedback is that it is really good for propping herself up, it prevents her from slouching and can sit up comfortably and is helping with her posture whilst sitting down. The product is also shaped very nicely to support your lower back. So thumbs up all round! Previous to owning this product, we were propping her up with an insane amount of cushions, which didn't really help that much as she would still have some back pain and discomfort.Would highly recommend and will be purchasing some more to help with back support whilst working from home!

I spend 8 hrs a day working at my PC. For years I've had lower back pain, but it's got worse in recent months despite using a professional office chair and making sure that my screen was the correct height etc. I've bought several lumbar support things over the years but none made a difference.This lumbar support pillow as amazing, it is comfy, stays in place on the chair whether you're leaning back on chair in a meeting, sitting upright typing at PC or leaning forward to write notes. It doesn't drop off when you stand up, so you don't have to keep adjusting it - once you've got it into a comfy position it'll stay put. It quickly warms your back to relieve back ache and supports lower spine so no more strain/damage. After two weeks of daily use I'm no longer feeling back ache. Looks well made so hopefully it'll last for years coz I'm not planning to ever remove it!

Makes driving a pleasure again!

This is a good pillow and does ease your back. Would have given it more stars but for the fact that the dye comes out of the pillow. Not good when it’s been placed a light coloured leather chair!!!

My issue seems to be posture rather than support. I get pain in my lower back and find I need a softish cushion with reasonable support to get comfortable. Anything described as 'lumber support' tends to be even more painful as it puts presuure on the painful area.I was therefore sceptical about this product as whilst it looked soft enough, it is low and provides no support at all for the upper back so I thought it would hurt my lower back, as described above.I must say I have been pleasantly surprised!It is so soft yet supportive on the lower back that it doesn't seem to matter that all the support is in one place - the place where I normally feel pain. I have mainly used it on an armchair but have also found it good in the car (I haven't yet done a long journey though).I gave 4 stars for comfort simply because it does still feel like a lump behind me which gives a very modest feeling of discomfort. However that is in contrast to huge discomfort and downright pain that I get with any other cushion or support that I have tried previously. I'll take that any day - this cushion has changed my life!

Love love love this back support. I spent a long time trying to find the right support for my back when working from home. Easy to clean and brush off as it has soft velvet like material and it has kept its shape. Only annoying thing about it is the elastic that goes around the back of the chair so it slips down and has not way to keep it in place bar leaning on it to make sure it stays still. It could really do with another strap to hold it vertically rather than just horizontally. Hence the 4 stars, otherwise if you dont mind it slipping its a really good back support and super soft and sturdy at the same time.

Wonderful product. Have used it now for 5 months. You can position it on your car seat in the areas of your back that you feel need most support. For me, I needed to find something to give me the greatest defence and protection to my spine since getting vertebrae compression fractures. This helps against any jolts you feel with those nasty pot holes everywhere on our roads.
