E3 2016 Dummy ASIN Sony Console 2 1TB

Bought especially to replay 'The Last of Us Remastered' after playing it on the PS3 and this console didn't disappoint. I've had a PS1, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One and now a PlayStation 4 which is honestly my favourite so far.I prefer the feel of a PS4 controller in my hands. The dashboard is easier to use and more customisable than the Xbox One. Also when the PS4 updates it lets you know what it changed whereas the Xbox doesn't like keeping you in the loop. The video studio and picture gallery are really handy and it doesn't require perfect internet to watch your own clips compared to the Xbox One which I can never watch back. I have completely filled my hard drive now. There's around 18 games installed which is also a lot quicker and easier to do than the Xbox One. Also when you want to play a game that has an update, you can play the game and download the update to install at the same time. The Xbox will refuse to let you play the game until you've updated it which can be annoying and very time consuming.It's also so much quieter than the Xbox One during gameplay. I'm constantly have to turn the volume up to try and hear anything over the Xbox One hum, but the PS4 is so silent you don't even realise it's on half the time. Heat wise it seems better too. The Xbox One generates a lot of heat just after turning it on, but the PS4 can remain room temperature after being on for more than a few hours.I love my PlayStation 4 and I would highly recommended it to all gamers.

I purchased this to replace my son's trusty old PS3 and it certainly outperforms in terms of graphics, speed, memory, looks and gameplay. The space saving design is a thing of beauty and looks lovely and modern as well as fitting on his small shelf no problems, unlike his bulky old PS3. I have so far purchased 7 games and they all play beautifully, particularly the one that came with this PS4, Legend of Guardians, so realistic. Very quiet when in use and I haven't had any issues with it crashing or overheating. Definitely worth paying extra to have 1TB of memory too as these games do take up more memory than the old PS3 games which means extra space is needed. Highly recommended.

I suggest you buy a 1TB version if you're planning on playing more than 9 games (-ish). The 500gb version actually has 400gb of storage, and the 1TB has about 900mb. High-end games (e.g. Dragon Age, Fallout, Infamous) use between 30-50gb of storage each with installation (let alone if you download games). So either buy a 500gb version and buy an external HDD or a 1TB version.But works great, feels better than the PS3. Tried the PS Pro but it's useless unless you have an ultra HD TV, or you want to play Bloodborne with much lower loading times...Anyway, 5/5, well worth the price, especially nowadays!

The item was delivered today unboxed with the contents individually wrapped in bubble wrap, no mono headset as advertised, no instructions or warranty. It has all the hallmarks of a pre-used console and not new as advertised. This amounts to fraud.

The Play station arrived in good condition, with no damage and all necessary cables. The console booted up just fine and had been returned to factory settings. There have been no issues with it so far, and it is running smoothly. However, the Play station controller smells quite strongly of cigarette smoke. While a quick wipe over has removed most of the smell, some does linger within the internal sections. Overall, a good quality product, delivered on time and in a good condition

This console is perfect for my needs and Alex at the Game Point was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in selecting the best console for me. I will definitely come back to the Game Point for help again! Thanks.

When I first took it out of the box and set it up we did have a few issues but they were easily resolved with the help of you tube. The sellers communication was fantastic. I was very juveious about buying a restored playstation online but other than the issues at first we haven't had any since.Great value for money and with the struggles of trying to find a ps4 I think this is a great purchase and the seller was very helpful.

The only alternative to a new PS5 was a pre owned PS4. Arrived quickly with an Amazon box on the outside and a battered cardboard box on the inside. When removing the inner box it practically fell apart. Console wrapped in some loose bubble wrap, leads held together with rubber bands and the controller was just loose. The unit was very dusty and I needed to clean it and also the air vents needed cleaning. The outside of the console needed a clean as well. On the bottom of the console was a cash converters sticker indicating that the unit was worth £99 cash! A bit different to the £200+ I paid. Anyway I connected everything up a powered up the system. The start up screen was not what I expected, the unit did not seem to be initialised properly so I did that. The system seemed to be ok but a couple of unexpected reboots for no reason decided me, it’s going back. Returned in 2 days with tracked postage. After 10 days with no response I contacted Amazon and asked for the refund to be expedited. Still waiting for my refund. For the sake of a couple of hundred pounds difference I think the better option is to buy new. Update, returned 2/8/23 still waiting for refund. Update messaged the supplier after two week gap. No response.contacted Amazon who refunded my money. Avoid this dealer
