Clever, portable design and premium build
Simple and very compact design. Unique because it packs away flat and you bend it to form the arc shape before use. I've not had this long enough to comment on how robust the moving joint (and associated electronics) inside the flexible rubber exterior that makes this possible is. However, I think this is a quality product and a lot of attention has probably gone into the design and quality of construction.Pairing was very straightforward and once paired, using it was just a case of bending it into shape to switch it on. The mouse then works just like any other good quality optical mouse but the left and right clicks are housed under a track pad that works flawlessly for horizontal and vertical scrolling.Again, I've not had the mouse long enough to comment on battery life. In any case, it only uses two AAA batteries so it is never going to be expensive to run! This is quite an expensive mouse but it feels like a premium product with a very clever, portable design so I am pleased with my purchase. However, as a premium product, I would have expected some sort of case to have been included, even if it was a simple cloth bag.

Great looking mouse and it saves a USB slot
Lets face it, I bought it because it looked cool. For that it has hit the mark- five stars. On top of that it works really well as a mouse on every surface tried so far. It fits the hand well and has that nice matt feel which hopefully will last. I was worried about resting my finger on the right side of the pad while clicking with the left but it seems smart enough to work that out. The scroll up/down works really well being speed sensitive. The connection by Bluetooth to my Dell XPS 13 was easy and has been very stable so far.Almost everyone who has admired it up has wondered out loud how long the break switch will last but I guess we will know that in a year or two. What would be really nice would be track-pad style multi-finger support for zoom, clear screen etc which it feels like its capable of doing but doesn't. Other than that its a very pleasing travel mouse.

Decent, as long as you don't pay full price.
Hmm! The jury is still out on this Microsoft Arc Mouse. The only reason I bought one is because my main mouse is a Logitech MX Master, which in my opinion is the best mouse in the world, but also the size of a small moon. For travelling I needed something as comfortable as the MX, but without the bulk. I considered the Logitech MX Anywhere 3 Compact, but even without a carry case, that is still a portly mouse. I find those flat 'travel' mice very awkward to hold, so the Arc seemed like a good compromise. It is far more comfortable than normal travel mice, but it's that price tag that is the real problem. If you pay full price for a Microsoft Arc, then I think you are crazy. But even at sale price, it just doesn't give you that premium feel. The arc mechanism creaks when bending and flattening it and the tiny (non replaceable?) slider pads are a bit of a worry. It feels a bit delicate. For the asking price, I was hoping for something with a bit more substance. It is quite clever though, with its three-finger click and invisible horizontal and vertical scrolling sensor. You can add more features by downloading the Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Centre Software app. Bending the mouse turns it on, then it connects to your PC/laptop super fast. I will keep it for the portability factor and the relative comfort compared to other travel mice. I just hope it proves reliable, because it's far too expensive to wear out after a couple of years.

Super Lightweight, Portable Mouse
I really like this mouse. It has left click, right click and scroll. You can also assign a three finger click to a shortcut - I have this set so that it will trigger the back button on web browsers etc. The mouse is lightweight and although quite compact, feels nice in hand. It love the way folds flat to turn it off and for storage. It’s is just so super portable and fits really easily into a pocket in my laptop bag. The mouse is powered by two AAA batteries which tend to last many months of daily use. It’s connects via Bluetooth to windows or Mac devices easily and without the need for dongles etc. I have a couple of windows and Mac devices and have observed the connection to be robust and reliable.I have two of these mice and unfortunately I did have an issue where the surface finish on one of them started to wear through in the mouse button area. Microsoft support handled the issue really well though and sent me a replacement free of charge. I’m sure this issue was just an anomaly as my other arc mouse is even older has not shown these signs of wear.

Great for mouse action on the go
I use to laptops frequently: a Macbook Pro and a Thinkpad. This mouse works beautifully with both of them and definitely enhances my ease of us for work and play. The snap to activate feature is absolutely epic and worth the price of admission alone! Being able to store the mouse flat and knowing it is deactivated is a real selling point for me as it's a cinch to transport and store in my bag. Being able to whip it out, snap it into action and just into navigating is really intuitive and quick. So far this mouse has taken quite a lot of abuse, being knocked about in my bag, sat on multiple times, squashed by heavy items and generally knocked about. Despite that it remains solid and reliable, time will tell if it can tolerate a year or two of being on the road but so far the signs are good.Battery life is reasonable and accuracy of actual mouse action is great with options to customise speed and clicking to your exact preferences.Overall I love this mouse, primarily for its form factor and somewhat gimmicky but IRL awesome 'snap to activate' feature. I'd recommend buying the mouse on sale as i managed to snag it at near half-price (£45ish) which I felt was worth it.

Class!
Even before you open the box, you can just sense a class product. The build of the Arc mouse is excellent and the left and right clicks are very quiet but not silent. The touch scroll is fantastic, but then again I have been used to using a touch mouse for about the last 10 years (the Logitech Ultrathin Touch Mouse). Even though I have very small hands, this fits perfectly for my needs. I'm mega pleased with it, so much so that I am tempted to order another colour, i.e. the sage (I bought the black which I am currently reviewing right now). All the other colours are more expensive, but not sure why? Maybe Amazon could consider dropping the prices to match the price of the black? An excellent product from Microsoft and and the usual excellent service from Amazon.

Form over function
Smooth, slick and highly portable, owing to its snapping in and out of a slim flat profile. Snap it into an arc shape and it switches on, snap it flat and it turns off. Reliable and consistent Bluetooth pairing with a number of Windows PCs, less so with Apple devices such as iPad. Mouse pointer tracking is responsive on most surfaces. Left and right clicks are satisfying to use (no middle click available). Vertical scroll achieved by swiping up and down on mouse surface (rather like Apple Magic Mouse, albeit with more consistent scroll than that device). Control of scrolling still not as precise as would have been with a traditional scroll wheel. Biggest design flaw is the shape, requiring use of an uncomfortable claw grip in medium-large hands. This results is hand fatigue and is less enjoyable for prolonged use than the palm grip permitted by competing devices such as Logitech MX Master series. Beautiful design, and slips so easily into the slimmest of bag pockets, just not very comfortable to use.

Super makkelijk in gebruik
Super handig, geen gedoe met aansluiten. Aanzetten en via BlueTooth direct verbinding. Prettig in gebruik.

Klare Kaufempfehlung! 👍
