Great Little PC
I got this item about 6 weeks ago and am very happy with it.I have it in my living room so the fact that it is quiet is a bonus, the 16 gig of memory was a big factor in buying it as others in this price range had 8 gig and some even just 4. The 1Tb of disk space it fairly standard these days but still it nice to see it here as well. One thing to be clear about is that this PC does not have separate graphics card, the graphics are built in to the CPU or more correctly called an APU. But I have to say so far for the games I have played its been more than good enough running the games in high res at mostly 30+ fps.You will need to supply your own mouse, keyboard and monitor but these are fairly cheap these days, or if you already have them even better.Delivery was within the expected time so no complaints there and was well packed and delivered with no problems or damage.Unless you are a very hard core gamer this PC would suit most purposes as far as I can see and I'd very happy to recommend to anyone who wanted a decent PC at a decent price.

Basic Home PC
Good specs and very good price for a basic Home PC System. Case is quite flimsy and poorly made - the metal is so thin that the back panel had warped in transit and I had to remove the motherboard, straighten the back panel as best I could and then reseat the I/O panel and refit the main board. Other than that, the PC itself functions perfectly and is a good clear-looking design.

Despite the poor condition of the packaging which what wet and soggy the tower was intact and undamaged. I had the computer up and running very quickly. A word of warning, as this model comes with out any disc drive the start up instructions on the accompanying disc were of no use but as long as you are a fairly competent computer user, evrything you need to get up and running can be found on the internet. Also unless you're going to hard wire your router to computer ,you'll need to buy a wifi dongle. I purchased a TP-Link for £9.48 usb from Amazone.A great little machine at an affordable price. Great price for what you get
What a great PC. I was looking to replace my desktop which was 7 years old. The PC arrived on time, well packaged and with good set up instructions. It does indeed have Windows 10 installed on it. It runs very quietly and so far I've only ran basic programs on it but it goes fast and the processor seems good. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because it says it comes with Microsoft Office, but it isn't. It is Libre Office Suite. It'll do the job if you're just wanting to blast out the basics. If you're already used to the Office package and rely heavily on it to do your work then it would probably be time consuming to learn how to make the Libre suite work. As for me, I didn't buy it for work, I bought it for fun so I am unlikely to use all that stuff anyway. All in all, a great PC and it has to be said, the price is amazing. I was expecting to have to pay 400 to get a PC this good and ended up getting one for 300.I had also never heard of Shinobee before and took a punt on it. Their customer service has been great. They even emailed me to ask how I was getting on with my new computer and see if everything was working, which I'm pleased to say it is!

Probably okay for office work but it really doesn't stretch beyond that...
Tried to install some music production software to use this as an workstation. It has a quad core working at 1.5 GHz which I honestly thought would be plenty but... Nope...When I first booted it up, a scheduled service called the 'Antimalware Service Executable' started running. This is effectively the virus scanning part of Windows Defender.Embarrassingly for my brand new, Quad Core, AMD powered computer this virus scan used up between 20-30% of the CPU... This alongside the other background processes meant that between 40%-50% of the processor was being used before I even started working on my music! Now, usually, this being the first time I ever used the computer I would understand that windows processes get to work on maintaining and ensuring the stability of my machine and checking Windows Update for new updates... But... This was before I had even connected the computer to the internet... I had it on for three hours waiting for it to settle down, I ran my music production software in offline mode with no visual aids, animations or shortcut keys enabled. I made life as easy as I could! Two and a half hours in and the Antimalware service virus scanner has stopped scanning. To put it in a line, it took two and a half hours to do a virus scan of a brand new (practically blank) computer.Mine has to have been faulty, something must have gone in at a funny angle or it was tested before the engineer had a coffee. My experience with Windows 10 so far has been poor but I never classed it as 'slow' until I saw this poor thing trying to boot up...The return was started without hesitation, thank god. Sadly took a very long time for the money to come back into my account.

PC with decent performance and a 2 year guarantee at a bargain price.
Initially the PC gave some problems with the installed system. Shinobee customer care was really helpful with above average level of assistance and communication and after some difficulty I eventually managed to do a clean re-install of Windows 10 and it is now working 100%. I am well impressed with the level of customer care but also now with the performance of this very modestly priced machine. When you consider it comes with Windows 10 installed and has a 2 Year guarantee it is a bargain. From my experience of dealing with Shinobee customer care and the level of performance of this PC wor that the wrinkles are sorted, I can recommend the PC as a decent performer but maybe not for gamers!

Fine for the job, good value
Its Ok but not great. Good service and its in a nice case. Fine as long as you don't want to upgrade. Description of the video sounds as if its a card with its own memory but it is not...it does not have 4 GB of video memory.
