Game
Played as a family, a bit confusing to start with but had a lot of fun.

Damaged packaging
Product seems ok but this is a Christmas item so obviously it’s going to be given as a Christmas/stocking stuffer (I’m an early shopper). The top of the card box is ripped in half, the edges are torn, and it’s just not presentable as a gift. This was advertised as a new product so not sure why I received it the way I did.

Fun game
This is one of my families favorite game. We ordered more sets but the problem is they power cards are symbols instead of words. We have found it to be very hard. Especially when you add more packs.

rummy meets Funko Pop
Funko’s Something Wild card game series combines two things my family loves: Funko Pop figurines and rummy-style card games. My family has the two Star Wars themed sets, but many other (mostly Disney-related) themed sets are available. They all include a deck of character cards, numbered from one to nine, in four colors (but also with colorblind-friendly symbols). Additionally, each deck of cards comes with a mini Funko Pop character that ties into the theme of that deck. And yes, you can combine decks to play “Something Wilder”.Something Wild basically plays like rummy, but with a few twists. Players are trying to complete three-card sets of the same number or three-card runs of consecutive numbers. At the same time, players are vying for control of that little Funko Pop figurine by playing certain numbers or colors at just the right time. Rather than keeping completed sets and runs on the table, players discard them to gain special power cards that are activated only if the player has control of the figurine. The first player to collect three power cards is the winner. The power cards use symbols rather than words, and they can be a bit difficult to interpret at first. Luckily, the instructions include a quick reference chart that explains what all the power cards do.I’ve played Something Wild with relatives of all ages, from young kids to grandparents. It’s a fairly quick and easy game to play. The constant battle for control of the figurine makes this more interesting than a standard game of rummy, and with multiple decks in play, multiple figurines are passed around for a little extra chaos. The cards and figurines are pretty high quality for a game with a very affordable price point. If you like card games, Funko Pop, and Disney movies, you can’t go wrong with picking up one (or more) of the Something Wild games.

Good game but horrible box storage
Game is good but the packaging (which is the only way to store the game) is messy and complicated after you open it. It’s worth buying but prepare to store in a ziploc or other box.

Entretenido
