Unable to comment on effectiveness yet as it only arrived today but I am extremely disappointed about the packaging! The pictures online show an entirely full bottle of pills - clearly not 60 in there as my bottle is only half full. The bottle is also very sadly plastic and should be at least half the size :(Generous with 3 star for now but I'll update if I've seen any reduction in water retention.

These little gems work!I've been having the worse issues with my tummy of late & sometimes look like I have a baby elephant in my gut rather than the lovely flat stomach I'm so proud of. After searching the internet for something which would work I came across these, a little bit more than what I wanted to spend but boy they sure work. I no longer have that awful bloated feeling after I've ate a meal nor do I have to go up a dress size to avoid my swollen tummy. Even my guy is happy now that he doesn't have to move away from my direction when I sit down to avoid a button smacking him in the eye (bloody cheek)They are easy to swallow, nor do they upset my tummy. I started taking one in the morning after breakfast & another in the evening after supper but I've gone down to one a day. I can't say they have suppressed my appetite but I do feel so much more comfortable & happy :). I will purchase again & may even get some dandelion herbal tea too.

I find these capsules help a lot with water retention,also they help me not to feel so hungry between meals. Personally I would definitely recommend ,

Definitely helps with bloating and gives an extra boost for weight loss but you do have to eat well and exercise, it’s not a miracle cure!

This was the first brand I bought the dandelion root capsules from and I was amazed at the effects from the first week (mainly bought for water retention / terrible swell on my feet especially during the warm months; but I also noticed a decrease in hunger /cravings) but since, I thought I'd get the same effects from other (cheaper) brands as well, so gave it a try to a few.. But incomparable! This must be like my 5th batch or so. I wouldn't go back to any other brand.

Just arrived today and i took a pill straightaway. Will update in a couple of weeks as to the results but the appetite suppresant part is spot on! Normally i munch and snack constantly but I had lunch and have not wanted anything since. I do feel slightly nauseous but its not stopping me doing anything!!

Works well, carrying less water weight and less bloating
