Would these be okay for 6 inch monitors

I would imagine you might want to get smaller ones. I have these under LSR308 8 inch monitors and they extend about half an inch over the base of the monitors.

Are these any good for the krk rokit 5's?

I have these for a pair of Alesis M1 Active and they are great. No vibration. Should be just as good with a pair of KRK's.

Can these be stood vertically?, I have an intercom that pics up too much audio from a TV in the room.

I just tried and yes, it will stand vertically but the instant there was a slight breeze or knock it would fall. As the other person said if you were to glue it to something or wedge it against something that's fine but really it is intended to lay flat.
