Great quality and very easy to use. The teapot brews tea perfectly and the kettle heats up quickly. I’m really happy with this purchase.

The tea in this teapot tastes very good, and the best part is that when the tea is brewing and ready, there's an audible timer that tells you when it's ready.

Had this tea maker for almost a year and I must say that the built quality is very poor. The plastic buttons are now broken and it allows water to reach internal electronics and shorts the machine, which results in staying on all the time even if the on/off button light is off; potentially creating a fire hazard. I am trying to get support but I would not recommend this product.

Well I'm sure most of you by now have visit a Turkish Restaurant at some point in your life and been offered the complimentary Turkish Tea after your meal. Well this machine brings that Turkish Tea home. Great quality and very easy to use. The machine also has a speaker that speaks to you when your tea has been brewed or when the water its a boiling temperature. The bonus with this purchase for me was that I replaced my kettle, as this machine can also be used as a standard kettle. Win Win!! You won't regret your purchase, get those Turkish Tea's in!!!

Not only does this look great but is very easy to use. Also doubles up as a normal kettle if you don't wish to use the diffuser part. Just press the relevant button and let the kettle do the rest. Very handy to have the water being kept at the required temperature for 2hours. Voice also tells you when it is ready, which can be switched off if you wish. Very good if you like to brew Turkish or any other tea.

The top part of my tea pot was broken. Is there any way to get just the top part where you put the tea in it? Please help me with that. Many thanks

I bought the Karaca tea maker on August 30th, but it has already stopped working. I would like to request a repair or a refund for this product. I would appreciate it if you could contact me and provide a solution.

This product has voice over, which there is no option to de activate, good quality but this noise is too much, if you have baby don’t buy this one, plug is not for Australia.

Here's a suggestion for your complaint and product review for the I purchased the Karaca Caysever Turkish Tea Maker Machine less than two months ago, hoping for a reliable and efficient product, but unfortunately, it has not lived up to my expectations. After only two months of light use, the machine has completely stopped working. Additionally, the 40-degree temperature setting on the bottom no longer functions, which was a key feature for keeping my tea warm. I’m highly disappointed with this purchase as I expected better quality and longevity from Karaca, given its reputation. I now have a machine that doesn’t work and a frustrating experience with what seemed like a promising product. I would not recommend this tea maker to others based on my experience, and I hope the company addresses the quality issues with this model in the future.
