Nice product but its too soon to notice a difference also the box it came in wasn't sealed luckily the bottle was sealed

I have been taking L-methylfolate for years now..this didn't meet my expectations..didn't do anything

It's a higher dose my doctor prescribed 5mg so I take one every 3 days

This is amazing! I bought this in May, but I was hesitant about taking it because I wanted to consult this with my primary care doctor since I’m on depression-anxiety and ADHD medications, fast forward to a week ago, I had an appointment, I asked and I had a green light to take this supplement as an addition to my medication, and I have to say that THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED! This is what was missing. The medication is doing a great job, however this supplement is an amazing addition. I feel great! Even more energized and my mood improved significantly. I was advised to start taking it slowly and in the morning, starting at 2 drops the first day, then 4 and so on until I got to 10. Since the first 2 drops I started seeing results. I think that the outcome depends on each individual, we all are different and what works for me might not for you, but give it a try! Consult with your doctor first though.
