Really good. Just add a couple of drops to water and drink throughout the day - you can't beat Bach Remedies

It works.
I used this Olive remedy to help with the changing summer to Winter times. It helps with the days becoming shorter and darker, stops that sadness that often comes with the darkening days. It only takes two drops in a small glass of water in the morning.

Love Bach Flower remedies instant (gentle) effects!
I love Bach Flower remedies (over homeopathics). These have an instant response time and burn off quickly enough, where as you must be very very careful with homeopathics, where you can (and likely will) get unwanted side effects. I think most people do not understand, homeopathics ARE 'medicines', though people tend to believe they are natural & harmless (opium & marijuana is 'natural' too!). Bach Flower remedies are perfect for pets, knowing they are not likely experiencing awful side affects (they have no voice to tell you! :'-(. I suggest getting a book on flower remedies so you can see the full gamut of the available types, their benefits, and knowledge of how to use them. They are WONDERFUL, effective and gentle!
