Amazon informed me that I’ve bought this 20 times! Lol. That tells you everything you need to know! It’s absolutely delicious and my favourite spread from the Grenade range. A very close second is the Chocolate Salted Caramel. That one is very sweet indeed. But I have a sweet tooth, so it’s perfect.I’ve suffered from eating disorders for decades. In 2024/2025 I lost 9 stone in weight and am trying to maintain it. I rely on spreads like these even though I know I should eat cleaner. But I find with a history of eating disorders these spreads help me psychologically… I know they’re not the healthiest things I could be eating, but they do have much less sugar than Nutella or Biscoff spreads etc. And I’m all for finding delicious things that contain less sugar!My Type 1 Diabetic son loves these Grenade spreads too. His favourite is also White Chocolate Cookie ❤️

I had to fight myself from eating this straight from the jar. It’s absolutely delicious! Great protein for something that tastes so good that it should be illegal. I spread mine on lentil cakes (like rice cakes but made with lentils). Please never stop selling these!

Absolutely delicious. It reminds me of a crunchy Milky Bar. I don't usually like "protein" treats, but this one just tastes good.

I love that my mrs enjoys this. She has it on wholemeal toast, and honestly for any some days all meals. Not really a carefully balanced diet but it is tasty, convenient and quick to use. We usually forget to reorder until it's almost all gone, so we often do the click and collect thing cos I can pick it up from Holland and B, inside Tesco when we go shopping. Price is good too and the 2nd jar has been half price the last couple of times-great stuff. All good from this end, folks!!
