I got oily skin. Not sure if this will make my face greasy? Does it contain glitter?

It does sparkle slightly, and when applied underneath foundation it does add radiance and a smoother finish. My skin is combination but I like the extra shine. If your skin is oily you may not want to apply this, I could suggest the biore uv watery essence as an alternative.

Can this be used without moisturiser before foundation?
