Great bike for the pricepoint.
Great tandem bike for the pricepoint. We use ours at the beach. Assembly was a snap, shifters are smooth, and brakes are adequate.Only complaints are the kickstand isn't sturdy enough, there are no fenders, and the front wheel doesnt have a quick release axle. I've got a Thule roof rack and taking the wheel off to load the bike is a mild pain.

Shipping nightmare
Don’t even know if the bike is any good.. because the box arrived split in half and there are no pedals, hardware for assembly, and only one bike seat. What a complete mess!!!UPDATE - missing parts received and they’re the wrong parts! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 What a mess!

Nice Beach Cruiser, we love it
My wife and I tandem with this bike as often as we can, it's so fun! It comes with cheap seats so we upgraded those to nice big comfy Bell beach cruiser seats. Also, when we got the bike inspected and overhauled, we found the main crank was a bit dry of grease, so we packed it with marine grease for maximum life and water resistance. It's a bit heavy, so just for casual cruising, don't expect a performance bike. The rear brake cable can stretch and not be as effective over time, keep an eye on it. The length of the shift cable can make for troublesome shifter tuning, sometimes I can't get to all the gears. No biggie, for the price it's a nice family treasure.
