Great addition for a small business
Makes my life as a driving instructor so much easier. Very easy to use

Payment delays too long
The machine is fine but there is too long a delay in money being transferred to bank account. There also seems to be no way of identifying payee which is awkward when taking payments of the same sum.

Simple design, durable, contactless and long battery life. Is pretty hard to ask for more really.
This card reader in very good for its size and simplicity of it's design. Being a mechanic it has to be durable for taking a little bit of knocks Here and there. It's even been in rain once or twice and it's still working fine (this product is not waterproof but this wanted to mention it).The app is pretty decent however if you have the app downloaded on more than one device with the same account it tends to glitch or go wrong with thinking the data or the device. So I recommend to use one device to do payments so the app doesn't get confused.The fee can be up to 2.5% per transaction but tends to vary depending on the time.If you are starting a business and you don't have a card reading this is definitely a good starting point with the bonus of having contactless during the pandemic season is a must-have.

This product has been a god send to my business,it was purely cash in my pub but there was a need for a card reader and it has been fantastic. Easy to use and no rental,thumbs up from us.

reader damaged - error message
I bought this izettle in May 2018 and was very happy while it was working. The only downside I found was that the izettle card reader does not display battery life. Anyway, by mid October 2018, an error message came up saying the reader was damaged. I looked online for help but apparently if this error message comes up then there is nothing you can do but to buy a new one. I expected it to last a lot longer than 5 months, hence only 1 star.

Arrived quickly and feels like a good quality item
Arrived quickly and feels like a good quality item. It has already paid for itself as I have already experienced higher sales just by being able to take card payments. Well worth the purchase.

Cheaper than izettle
Cheaper than getting it from iZettle at the time, although izettle have good deals on readers for new customers. This was a second reader for us.

Arrived on time and easy to set up
Arrived on time and easy to set up. Extra functions are great, was able to log each item for sale on ipad which made for efficient customer service and record keeping. Easy and fun to use!
