Fantastic Motherboard
Amazing Board, powerful, clean look in my NV9 Phanteks.Runs all my storage devices fantastically. Just changed out the RAM Gskill (unstable)If you are planning to use all 4 dim slots this board can do it with the right timings. If you are getting C5 errors check your ram, AM5 will have long boot times on 4 DIMM slots, memory restore can greatly reduce those times.Great lighting, I/O and control, a big upgrade over my Aorus Xtreme 570e that actually feels like quality

So far so good but take a picture of your mother-in-law before you build.
I assembled my system, updated the BIOS, and installed windows. Everything seemed to be okay until I went to register the motherboard. You need to enter in the chk code. It's on a sticker on the motherboard. It's in different places for different boards. For the godlike board it's in between the CPU socket and the I/o panel. If you take your picture first with the serial number and chk code, then you won't have to take everything apart and rebuild it like I did.

C5/15 errors and unable to post
I bought this product about 4 months ago and have had it sitting in the box as I waited for/purchased the rest of the parts for the new PC. Two weekends ago I finally had all the parts I needed and started putting things together. I slotted in my 7950x3d, 128gb gskill ram, 7900xtx and m.2, gave it a boot and was unable to post. I hit a C5/15 error which meant something was wrong with my CPU, the ram or the board. I've spent the last week and a half troubleshooting the issue with MSI support. I've dismantled the board, placed it on a box, and started slotting in components one by one. After placing the CPU and a single stick of ram into A2 the board managed to get past 15, the cpu light turned off and it was ready to have vga inserted. I tried inserting a second stick of ram into B2, turned on the board and ran into the 15/C5 error again. I took the ram from B2 placed it in A2, started the board and it worked. Took the ram that was previously in A2, slotted it into B2 and the board once again failed to make it past C5/15.This is the most money I've dropped on a motherboard and my first time using an MSI board. It's disappointing that my experience with it has been this poor. I'm going to continue working with MSI support to get this resolved and I'm hoping I can get it sent in for repairs or replacement. I'll give this a proper review when/if I'm able to get a hold of a working board.

GORGEOUS
This board is INSANELY gorgeous. By the far the best looking board on the market. Has all the features I need and yeah I could have got a cheaper board with basically the same features but I wanted something better looking and this was the best looking x670 board currently on the market. My only gripe is it's slow to boot but that seems to be a common theme with x670 boards.

Must Have Recieved a Lemon
The first problem I ran into is that the board is larger than it should be for E-ATX cases. I have literally one of the largest PC cases in existence: the CaseLabs THW10, which is equipped with a massive motherboard tray large enough for most boards that claim to be E-ATX. This board is about 3/4" too deep from the back connector panel to the opposite edge. Meaning it doesn't fit properly in my case. However, I was able to get everything connected, installed, powered up, and working. For, maybe, a week. Then things deteriorated quickly. I never could get the RAM running at its rated 6000MHz; I had to "settle" for 5800MHz. But soon, I was getting black screens of death in Windows 11. All video output would just stop. And a known good Nvidia 4090 card, too. A reboot would bring an image back for 5, maybe 10 minutes, and then *pop* back to a black screen.Every so often I'd receive a crash dump from Windows 11 indicating "some driver problem". But most of the times it would just lock the display entirely. Not to be outdone, the motherboard eventually stopped POSTing. It would get to code "Ab" meaning "waiting for input" but nothing was on the screen at all. It's been returned to Amazon; I'm going to back to the brand that has always worked for me.
