Neilmed Sinus Rinse Refill Mix 120S

I’ve been using NeilMed Sinus Rinse for a while now, and buying this 120-packet refill box is by far the most economical way to keep stocked up. If you suffer from seasonal allergies, hay fever, or general sinus congestion, these premixed sachets are a lifesaver. Each packet mixes perfectly with cooled boiled water in the NeilMed bottle, making a smooth, pH-balanced saline solution that doesn't burn or sting at all. It does a fantastic job of flushing out pollen, dust, and excess mucus, leaving you breathing much clearer right after use. Having 120 sachets in one box lasts a good few months, even with daily use during high pollen season. The individual packets are also super handy for travelling or keeping a few in your washbag. Highly recommended for anyone looking for effective, drug-free sinus relief!

Works well and does not cause irritation. I would have preferred to have bought a smaller pack but this was not available. This size pack is value for money.

Even though the photo of the advert clearly shows the package as containing 100 sachets I can confirm that you do get "NeilMed Sinus Rinse 120 Premixed Sachets". I have a SinuPulse Elite Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation System and so use two of these sachets with around 500ml of water for each irrigation. I can only imagine that the salt and baking soda used provides the right ph to not irritate the nasal passages. I have read of others adding apple cyder vinegar and or iodine to their mixes for their anti bacterial and other beneficial qualities. Considering that I need to irrigate my sinuses, over the years this seems to have become more necessary, then these powders are convenient if not a little costly for what they contain. I would have preferred to have bought a resealable tub which then I could have added the required amount to a container of pre boiled water, as that would have to be cheaper. As it is until I consider sources my own salt, without the added extras like anti caking agents, and baking soda then I guess that I will continue to use these. Thankfully using these and my sinus irrigator I am finding better relief than the Amox antibiotics prescribed from the doctor and the steroid nasal spray. Perhaps I need to be more proactive with using sinus irrigation, rather than just depend on it when I have suffered a bad cold and already got blocked sinuses and started to feel the pain on my face. Also I must stop snuffling up as much as I do when a cold starts, blowing must be better. Coming back to these powders. they are good and their balance is appropriate for nasal irrigation. I suppose sealing them in their sachets also extends their life and quality. A sealable tub would have been welcomed though Good luck sinus sufferers, I do hope that you find relief.

I recently had full house FESS (sinus surgery) these are fantastic to rinse out your sinuses and aid healing. The sachet is just the right mix of salts and bicarbonate. Please use distilled water and not tap water. Add the sachet to the Neilmed sinus rinse bottle, replace the cap and shake. Place bottle in microwave for 20/30 secs at most leave to stand for 1 minimum m. Shake the bottle and then do your sinus rinses through each nostril. I find Neilmed soothing and therapeutic and it has aided my recovery.

Good for allergies . Great for mucus in throat or nasal drip.

I had (notice the tense) a nose that ran constantly. I had to sit with a box of tissues next to me all day. It made my makeup look awful by the end of the day because everything around my nose area had been wiped away. After my last bout of a respiratory infection, my physician recommended that I start irrigating my sinuses. My sister had been suggesting this for a long time, but the thought of purposely filling my nasal cavity with water was terrifying. However, I put on my big girl undies and decided to try. I purchased the NeilMed bottle and it came with 50 of the saline packs. The first time using it was awful for me!!! I didn't heat the water, nor did I keep breathing, so nothing worked as it should and it was very uncomfortable and water ended up everywhere except where it was supposed to be. The second time, I heated the water just slightly and relaxed. It was much, much better. The first few times I used it, my sinuses were so clear I felt like I could breathe through my hair follicles. I hadn't slept without waking up at least one time to blow my nose in longer than I remember. 3 months later - I'm a pro at it and a believer in nasal irrigation. I've learned to use the bottle and solution correctly and the rinses are a breeze. I follow the instructions to the letter and purchased extra bottles replace my bottle after 90 days. My sinus issues are almost completely gone!!! No more tissues at arms reach. No more runny nose when I'm trying to sleep. I can wear my makeup (and contacts) without missing a beat. I have the bottles and these saline packets on subscription. I can't image going back to sniffing and blowing my nose several times an hour.

Llevo muchísimo tiempo utilizándolo y no lo cambio por otro. Me ayuda muchísimo cuando tengo alergias o congestión nasal. Los sobres vienen bien dosificados, es muy fácil de usar y deja una sensación de limpieza muy agradable. Normalmente utilizo un sobre por lavado, pero cuando la alergia está muy fuerte, siguiendo las indicaciones del fabricante, utilizo dos. Para mí ya es un básico en casa.
