Yamaha A-S201 Integrated Amplifier - Black

I purchased this 8 years ago and last week was the first fault I have ever had. Righthand output failed, got it repaired locally and is all working fine again. This amp has seen me through boy and man, several house moves and a couple noise complaints, I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't purchase. Cheap (as far as hifi go), always looks smart on the unit with a non intrusive display panel, sounds brilliant, literally just turn it on and forget about it. If my one couldn't be repaired, I would simply buy another.

Unfortunately driver lost the first one,so had to wait extra 2 days but well worth it quality amp ,I've owned many different amps over the years marantz denon and this for the price is unreal never had yamaha before, only downside is no Bluetooth but I can do that through my tuner,also comes with plug adapter not ideal but at least they supply it,would definitely recommend you won't get any better in this price range

A very high quality amplifier that matches perfectly with my new set of speakers with clear crips sound of all frequencies from the lowest bass to the highest treble. Would recommend this amp. Recordings on cds and vinyl records from eras now sound so much better with this amplifier and suitable speakers to match. Also home cinema sounds so much better.

Good piece of kit. Knocked off 1 point as although obviously for the UK market (Packaging in English) it came with an EU 2 pin plug.

My old amplifier broke so I was looking at replacement without breaking the bank. Play the new amp with a turntable and delighted at the sound quality paired with Yamaha floor standing speakers. Happy customer!

Easy to set up and the sound quality is good. It goes plenty loud enough for me without distortion.

Excellent amplifier - my husband is a music buff and he is over the moon with this item - makes his CD's so much clearer and he listens to them how they were designed to be listened to by the orchestra / band that released them. Thank you

Trying to find an amp for my dad’s little home radio/cd set up which didn’t mean a mortgage wasn’t easy. Yamaha delivered. Does exactly what I wanted, no frills or fancy settings to get lost in, easy enough for an 84 year old man to work. Thanks Yamaha.
